SGD Tofu House is the most authentic Korean restaurant I’ve tried in Houston. The Soon Tofu Soup is incredibly silky, the Grilled Beef Ribs are bursting with aroma, and the generous portion of Jokbal left our whole family full and satisfied! The authentic Korean flavors and variety of side dishes are unforgettable. We had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely return!

I really loved enjoying Korean food as good as this place. I loved the wine. I enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it. I always like to read reviews before visiting a restaurant, and this is a place with very good food. They just need one thing for customers who don't know the food and ask about the dishes they recommend. In my case, the lady who served me wasn't patient when I asked what they recommended. She was upset. But aside from the service, the food is delicious.

Went here for the first time. The seafood pancake was really good. I got the galbi combo. Galbi was very flavorful, and the tofu soup was so yummy, especially with the fresh cracked egg. Service was amazing. We loved our waitress, she was so sweet to my toddler. As if she was my own Korean auntie. 🫰🫶

Went for a quick lunch with friends, absolutely amazing food! The spicy tofu soup was incredible, even though one of my friends was too scared to get it. The lunch combos were really great and filling. The service was really nice and our server was super attentive to our needs as well and checked in periodically to make sure we were good. We actually never needed to use the buzzer to get her attention.
Hey fellow Google maps reviewers, I come before you with a sincere review of this restaurant. Long story short, the lady that took my order the first time got me the wrong drink (sweetened iced tea) and also got mad at me for switching seats. My initial thoughts after this was that maybe it was a cultural thing after she told me where I had to sit since I was with a family of 8. Regardless, I tried to have patience and keep my composure as I calmly and collectively placed my order. What I perceived to have gotten was a horrendous meal of burnt rice which was the only thing that I actually ordered as the incompetent server essentially gave me everything else on the menu except what I ordered.after eating these mystery items, I found myself in disgust of all to most dishes. Finally, I saw the joke of a close to 200+ dollar receipt. I would be okay with this as long as I would've gotten ANYTHING that I would have ordered. This my fellow friends is a horribly disgusting place to eat as their attitudes made me want to jump off a cliff. I know this wasn't as short as y'all expected but I'm here to share with you the truth.
