Very fast, and EXTREMELY polite! I have never had such great service as I do now.
It's not too loud either for a Saturday. The food is hot and fresh, and the lemonade is great! I just really wanted to brag on how sweet and polite they are here.

Came here for lunch. We had Korean BBQ Burger, Shake Stack, Chicken Bites and Fries (one with cheese). Everything was good except the chicken bites were a little too salty for me. The seasonal milkshake, Coffee & Donuts was also delicious. We think Shake Shack is expensive but today's experience at this location was great and it was worth it.

I don’t typically eat burgers so that’s probably why I’m giving this place a four star review. I do think that a good gourmet burger is better than any other burger but this place just wasn’t doing it for me. I think that it’s too expensive and unfortunately, the price of beef keeps just going up. Anyway, as always much love from Houston and the universe.
Vegetarian options: not sure but i think there is a mushroom burger

I LOVE Shake Shack. Every time I come to the mall this is the place I’m excited to eat at. The service is great and the food is amazing and the prices aren’t bad for the amount of food. Olivia and Ky were very attentive, kind and funny! I will definitely keep coming back
