Excellent place to have a great time and enjoy wonderful food in a terrific atmosphere with coworkers or friends and family. 30 minute wait for 2 truffle burgers with barely any sauce and lukewarm fries all to go? couple of groups came after me and got / finished food before. had checked on the order, but no sense of urgency or an eta, they probably forgot. good shake though, but I understand now why shake shack's are closing in houston.

This was my second time trying Shake Shack, and they’ve quickly become my favorite burger spot. The burgers are incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the sauce adds an amazing touch. The burger portion is on the smaller side compared to what you might be used to in Texas, but paired with a side of fries, it’s surprisingly filling. The prices are a bit high, but definitely worth it in my opinion. And, of course, I had to try a shake—it was delicious, not overly sweet. This just might be my new go-to for burgers. I also appreciated the clean outdoor seating area, which made for a great dining experience.

food prep is hit or miss. paid parking is insane, more of a rice village complaint but i used to park free at the montrose location. still dont know why they cancel good items and remove them from the menu. spicy fries were literally just fries with cayenne sprinkled on there. same for spicy chicken sandwich. both were excellent and both have been off the menu for 6+ months. i actually like this place but everything is so disappointing i’m not going to go anymore. i’d buy puts on $shak if i knew how. this company is doomed.
Parking: paid parking sucks. free parking is available nearby if you know where to look. prepare to get rained on.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but we ordered via Uber Eats and received only HALF of our order. Almost $20 worth of food that the restaurant just omitted. Of course I was refunded through the app, but we missed out on the full meal we intended to eat. A bit of an annoyance when you’re hungry and already waited 30 min to receive the order. This seems to be a common problem with 3rd party carrier orders and Houston restaurants, I’ll be adding this one to my list of restaurants to avoid.

Everything from the customer service, to the manager (who does really incredible work and we look forward to seeing her whenever we come), to the cooks, to the additional staff who asks if we enjoy the food and/or need refills. The food makes the place even more incredible!
I stopped in for a quick lunch. The staff was kind & fast. The avocado bacon burger was filling. The ladies room and restaurant were clean.
