The service was great, I loved my burger, I love their lettuce wrapped burger, the lettuce is always clean and fresh, perfectly crunchy and pairs well with the flavorful burger patty and melty cheese. However, I did NOT like the way the parking is set up, I know it's Rice Village, but you need to pay for parking even if you're in and out of a fast food restaurant? Crazy. I probably won't be back to this location for that reason, I would not like to pay parking to spend 15 minutes eating my 9$ burger. However, the staff and food was good.

Uber Eats had a special, Buy one Big Shack burger get one free. The burger was really good and fresh.so was the cheese fries. They were hot and crispy. Will definitely try other items on their menu.

I come to this location to pick up as a food delivery driver and as a customer on my days off. Every time I am here, I am always greeted by the same staff member by the name of DAVIKA. She’s amazing. Always friendly, never complain no matter who complicated my orders are lol. Today I asked for a neapolitan shake in which has never been done before but she personally made it for me. I really appreciated the personalized service.

Today, I wanted to try a hot dog for the first time and got a cheeseburger for my daughter. When I got there, her burger was in the bag but not my food. When I asked someone about it, one of the cooks started arguing with her about communication — apparently the hot dogs weren’t thawed out? So then I said I could just get something else, and they spent a few minutes trying to figure out what the price would be and what to do before I they then said they could just make the hot dog now. The two people who tried to help me were nice, but one had no idea what was going on.
I waited another 5-10 minutes, and then when I finally got it, it was a plain hot dog with nothing on it, which I didn’t order and didn’t notice until I got home. By the time I got my food, my daughters was getting cold. Overall not a great experience and to wait an extra 10-15 minutes to still get the wrong thing sucked.

A group of Us went in last night, some of us had eaten here before others had not. We were welcomed as we entered, the young man up front helped our friend, navigate the computer.. and he brought us our food.. very nice young man. The food was made quickly, the burgers and chicken sandwiches, totally rocked! We Love our neighborhood Shake Shack!
