Ordered a K-Burger combo and it was so TINY, flavorless, almost no green onions, fries were cold and did not come with the spicy powder nor did they ask and I asked for extra sauce and gave me not even a quarter full of the container!! I’m super disappointed since I usually go to the Houston location but happened to be near Katy and wanted one so bad. Extremely pricey too! Burger was the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger but with the price of a big brand chain. I’m sorry but I could have gone to Whiskey Cake and have a better taste, size, restaurant experience and for the same price.

Waited 25 minutes inside for my to-go order placed on the kiosk that seemed finished 10 minutes ago with no verbal notice or text notification that it was complete. Only when I approached the front and asked on the status of my order did they notice my food had been sitting on the to-go station. They thankfully remade my shake without me asking and I asked them to switch my fries out for some fresh ones, but for a dead wednesday night it was extremely disappointing for a pricier fast food option. Side note: my shack stack fried mushroom patty was significantly smaller than usual which I did not notice until I arrived back home.

Great dine-in experience at Shake Shack! The food was excellent and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Tracy was especially helpful, friendly, and attentive in the dining room, which made our visit even better. Highly recommend!

So wanted to try somewhere new and this place landed on my radar. I ordered a bacon burger meal I add cheese and bacon to the fries it was a great choice I later found out. I also got an cookies n cream shake instead of a drink and omg that shake was delicious I mean the best I have ever had. I had shake for the shake and will be shaking again cause the shake was good. The burger was ok the cheese sauce is good so it made the fries yummy. It was a little pricey

I really like everything about it, the only reason it isn’t a 10 in recommendation is due to the distance from where I live, but if I lived closer it’s definitely be better

We were in the area from out of town and we always tried to go to someplace to eat that we do not have back home. Shake Shack with next to where we were at and it was either them or Pluckers. The burger and fries were delicious it wasn't a very big burger which was good because I don't like to be stuffed but I left full. The burger was freshly made their sauce was delicious and we will be back.

Wait line is excessively long. The girl taking orders was clearly not paying attention the entire time ordering. Explicitly stated I did not want cheese (which is the hardest request to make when ordering a burger) and she repeated no cheese, still got my order wrong.
