I've been looking forward to trying shake shack. I'm sad I ever did. The lady taking my order was short and not friendly. The total for a single patty burger {no.3} with a shake added was $21. Extremely expensive. The fries were over cooked and not good. I asked for mustard and was told it would be on the side... It was not. The burger was great but nothing special for 21 bucks. The shake is good but the straw is so thin and the shake so thick I'll need to wait like 15 minutes for it to melt and become drinkable. I was happy to try but sad I did. Do better shake shack Katy freeway

Today I accidentally put in an order for this location instead of Rice Village. I expected it to be a hassle to correct but the manager quickly arranged for my order to be ready at Rice Village. I have also gone to this location and the team members are always helpful.
