I absolutely love this place , I've been coming here for over 15 yrs . The staff is so welcoming the if I could give it 10 stars I would . Everything on the menu is awesome and lunch menu is affordable especially with how the economy is right now .

Not sure what happened. I came here all the time. THERE WAS A MEAL WORM OR SOME KIND OF WORM IN THE FOOD. I showed them the plate, they took it to the back and suddenly it was gone and couldn’t find it anymore. He swore it was part of the noodle but i didn't know noodles looked like worms with heads on them. That was so disgusting. And they still wanted to charge us for the visit.

The managers are very unprofessional n don't treat their loyal customers that they had for year's great. This msg n rate is only because of management. And cause of this i will no longer order from them anymore. Which is very disappointing cause they do have great food.

This was my first time here, and I brought my dad who was from out of town. This is probably some of the best food I’ve had. I had The General Tso and my dad had the pepper steak, and both were hot and fresh. My server Angie was the absolute best. She was so kind a patient with me and my Dad, and so attentive. 5 Star service all around, thanks for making this moment a memorable one.

I stopped by Shen Hu Chinese Restaurant, just a couple miles from William P. Hobby Airport, and this place is an absolute hidden gem.
From the outside, it doesn’t look like much, but once you walk in, it’s a completely different experience. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, and you’re greeted by a large Buddha statue right at the entrance, which really sets the tone.
The staff was incredibly friendly and engaging, which made the whole visit even better. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
Now the food… outstanding. I ordered the Mongolian beef (half order), and they absolutely loaded it with meat. No skimping at all. Honestly, the portion size alone is impressive, and a full order could easily feed two people. The flavor was rich, perfectly cooked, and you can tell it’s made with care and passion.
And the soup… every time I’ve been there, it’s been next level delicious. One of those places where everything just hits right.
I can honestly say this is one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. You definitely won’t leave hungry.
