Maybe I didn’t order the right thing but the environment was nice, the mood was chill….HOWEVER when I order a soup I expect to have a broth not just beans! My son had the cheeseburger I tried it, it was bland to me! The fries were luke warm! But kids will eat almost anything if they eat school lunches! Lbvs, it’s a no for me! I wont be back!

Ordered the Mushroom and Swiss with Avocado burger and crispy fries - amazing.
They use Black Angus beef for their patties and the taste was amazing.

So they have a "now hiring" sign on their window currently and I've always thought that place looked awesome and how I would love to bartend there, so I went inside to inquire and also check out their menu and have some food, but the woman I tried to talk to and ask about the sign was incredibly rude and told me "now is not good, it has to be before 11 or after 2".... well, maybe put that on the sign then? She was really nice when she thought I was a customer, and then her entire attitude changed when I asked about the sign. On top of that, it's Monday, and there was nothing going on. They had 3-4 small tables doing their own thing, and the place was practically empty, so I just thought it would be the perfect time to inquire. I was just trying to ask how to apply for the job, not get a whole interview. Could've just handed me an email address or a paper application, but thanks for not making me even feel welcome😒

We always love dining at Shandy's. This is our go-to place prior to going to a concert at The Heights Theater. We have an early dinner and then walk to the theater. I always have the Spicy Shandy as my cocktail. We split a Ceasar Salad and then shared the Garlicky Artichoke Penne. The pasta was so, so good! Thank you Shandy for always taking care of us. Oh, and they always have the placed nicely decorated for whatever season we are in (Christmas, Valentine's, Mardi Gras, etc)

Overpriced for the portion size, and the food is good but not great for that price. It is a nice quiet vibe to just have a lunch alone, or a date, but service is severely lacking which is the major drawback here, AND they charge a 20% gratuity on the check for thier not gratuitous service. I overall would give this place a 3.5 out of 10 everything considered.

I placed a delivery order with Shandy’s via UberEats on 12/11/24 for a burger and side salad. I received an entirely different and cheaper order (no entree). I called the restaurant to inquire about my order and I was treated so incredibly rude. First a man answered the phone. He was polite and explained that the driver picked up the wrong order. I asked if I can come pick up the correct order. He asked me to wait on hold and after a brief pause someone else answers the phone, a woman this time saying, “Hello” and nothing else. I asked who I was speaking to and she replied, “This is Shandy’s” no answer to my inquiry or further explanation as to why they gave my driver an incorrect order. I again asked if they were going to replace my order and this lady scolded me like it was my fault. She took no ownership on the part of the restaurant. She said that the drivers are supposed to just pick up the items and scan them themselves. She lamented it was not her fault and not her problem. I asked her what she’s was going do about the $30 I just spent on a burger and salad and she said to call uber and again reiterated that it’s not her problem and highlighted what a huge inconvenience this situation is for her? Not sure how this can be an inconvenience for you or the restaurant when you did ✨absolutely nothing✨ to help me out include treat me politely. I would think twice before ordering takeout from this restaurant. I included a picture of the food that did come. It doesn’t even look very appetizing - straight to the trash.
