Tonight , I went and I ordered one drink and it took a long time because the person my drink was new. Poor guy was looking at the recipe on the wall. There was a sign saying that there would be someone newly training so be patient. I totally understand that but there was one guy on his cell phone sitting there!!!! And the other lady going and looking and then came back. They were having something in the lobby (selling some things). The lady look really aggravated . Also they didn’t even apologize for the wait. Help out that poor kid that’s trying so hard instead of sitting on the chair and making him struggle!!!! He will prob quit if they don’t take care of him and train him properly. Fire the other ones that don’t want to help or just sit on the phone all day. No smile at all. So competitive in Chinatown so they better step up. They just opened another boba store next time crowded with people. Must be a reason for me to try instead of this place that doesn’t seem to want anyone’s business with associates like this.
Trash place...gave me matcha milk tea that tastes like sewer water...
Took 18 minutes with 2 people to make 2 drinks. There were no one else in front of us or in the store. No wonder it's empty on a Saturday night, and all the other Boba places are packed.
This Bellaire location is REALLY inconsistent. It use to be good once upon a time but the past several times I’ve been, my drinks have been either too watery, lacking tea flavor, or you get a cup full of ice when you ask for ‘less’ (see pic)
Again, great boba shop to host a small business convention like or event I think
I came in at around 10:40PM on 07/05/25 after seeing online that the cafe closes at 12AM. I came into the shop and was barely greeted. I walked to the cashier (a young woman who is light skin, with potential African American descent) and politely asked if the times online were correct and that were still open. She kind of dryly responds to me saying that they were, and I proceeded to look at their menu. After that, a group of three women who were customers (African American descent) walk into the shop as well. The cashier who previously didn’t care about greeting me (also a paying customer) almost does a 180° change and greets the three guests extremely joyously. To me, it felt racially motivated.
I brush it off my shoulder and proceed to order my drink. I forgot what the full name of the drink is, but it was called something along the lines of “Oreo freeze w/ pearl.” Once my drink I ready, I go to the pick up area to collect my drink and I thank the cashier. She again treats me dryly, and once I begin walking away I hear her mumble “fatass.” And not that it’s anyone else’s business, but I’m 125lbs, I’m not fat. But even if I was on the curvier side, that is highly unacceptable to mumble about someone. She’s there to take boba orders and make drinks, not evaluate people’s body shape/size.
Honestly disgusting behavior. Word of advice to her; if you hate your job that much then just quit, no one is forcing you to do it. Also, if you’re going to be racist to specifically Asians, then might I suggest not working for an Asian company in an area that’s highly saturated by the Asian community. I truly hope that the owners of this establishment read this and have their worker take accountability.
P.S: And before anyone reads this and uses the excuse that this young woman is probably “just a high schooler” to justify her behavior.. she is a young woman WORKING at her JOB. I honestly don’t care how old she is, she’s old enough to know that she shouldn’t be acting like that. Literally disgusting.
Love the Teas.... and all the events are so cute
Everything I have ever tried here at this specific location tastes bad. I only buy drinks here when they have kpop events
K-Pop fun with a cupsleeve event. The boba tea was excellent. I like that you can choose sugar and ice levels. It was awesome to see local fandom vendors and some fun free stickers. Overall a great experience.
fine enough. good cafe with boba

Love Share Tea period. Only place we can find red beans as A topping.
Chose 100 percent sweetness and it wasn’t sweet what so ever..also made my stomach hurt. 👎👎
No issues with nuts here.
Quick service on a Tuesday evening. I ordered their Oolong Milk Tea at 30% sweetness and less ice with boba, my go-to order at nearly every boba shop. Overall, I'd say the tea flavor is relatively weak. It's a light oolong without much roastiness. Boba was an acceptable texture.
Taro milk is not very tasty, the taro taste is very bland, and the texture is too small and tasteless.
