The customer service experience at SHARE TEA brunch was disappointing. During my visit, I encountered two trainees, a girl and a boy, possibly of Korean and South Asian descent. However, their service lacked clarity, as there were no name stickers or numbers on tea orders.This resulted in a mix-up where someone inadvertently received my friend's tea, causing frustration. Despite our attempts to communicate with the trainees, they provided unhelpful responses, leaving us feeling unheard and dissatisfied.While a $5 experience may seem trivial, it reflects poorly on SHARE TEA's policies and standards. I strongly urge them to implement a system of name or number stickers on packages to prevent similar incidents in the future.As a result of this experience, I've made the decision NOT to return to SHARE TEA for brunch.

The location off Wesleyan created the nastiest Taro boba tea I’ve ever eaten. It’s a purple drink (only boba tea I order) there’s was brown and they stayed many’s reason why this was accurate. It was gross, end of story and I would not go to the Sharetea location off Wesleyan.

my go to is the okinawa pearl milk tea. i ask for less sweet which means they use less of the powder mix. i also substitute the pearls for grass jelly

As a Teaholic, I HIGHLY recommend this ShareTea location. First time visiting and we got three drinks total. One was the strawberry drink with ice cream (forget the actual name), Pineapple mix green tea with Herb Jelly and a Coffee Milk Tea with Crystal Boba. Oh SO GOOD. The two young ladies working were so friendly and helpful AND we won a few toys from the machines they have. Good times for sure. Will definitely be back.

I was introduced to the wonderful world of milk tea in Taiwan, and Sharetea Houston has the most authentic Taiwanese classic black and green milk teas in the city, and in comparison to Sharetea Sugar Land, their consistency and service is far superior.

The classic black and green milk teas are the most authentic in the city. It feels like I'm back in Taiwan. Their consistency and service are excellent, and has been for the eight years I've been coming here. It isn't as lively as it once was before Covid hit, but the renovations they've made since look really nice and the atmosphere is generally relaxing, making it a great place to hang out with friends, eat, study, or work while drinking some delicious milk tea.

the drinks are good depending on the workers, friends and i have been here for a while so i know what the drinks taste like. ordered a reg honey green tea which was much sweeter than what it usually is, couldn’t drink it so asked for if they could make it less sweet. girls were passive aggressive about it, said “you ordered 100%? that’s why it’s sweet.” they couldve poured some drink out and added more tea, but said they had to remake the whole drink and said no. some workers are nice, but todays weren’t as nice. also ordered an coffee ice blend but it was much icier this time, wasn’t blended good enough and was more watered down than usual

The drinks are amazing and I appreciate that they make them fast; BUT recently they’ve been letting vendors inside and they take up all the seating and make the place crowded, loud, and hot. Sometimes we just want to sit and relax while drinking our teas. I hope this vendor thing doesn’t continue. It made our experience hot and uncomfortable.Otherwise, drinks are 100% excellent.

Just held an event here for the first time this weekend (we did 2 days) and let me just tell you, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! We had to change locations the last minute for an event, so I had only given them a 2 hour notice before the event started. Staff were so sweet and let me borrow their speaker to play music. They even let me borrow cardboard cut outs! Thanks so much for everyone at Share Tea! The staff were great! Very thankful for how helpful they were, especially Aaron!
