This is my go-to boba place! Not all Shareteas are created equal, and this one is by far the best. The tea and tapioca are always fresh, and the grass jelly is top notch.
Kelly and Long/Lan (forgive my spelling here) are so sweet, and always remember my order. On top of their stellar customer service, this location is always extremely fast and efficient, too. Thanks to the Bunker Hill Sharetea team for always going above & beyond!

Been a regular customer here and the service has been getting worse. Staff isn't attentive unless the manager is there. They have a rewarding system and today I could have redeemed a free drink, but staff just walked off in the middle of taking order so we ended up not being able to use it. Fine I guess I can come back & use it later. Then the order was wrong, so I had to pay again to get the tapioca and this 1 chunk of boba sticking together was what I got.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered 3 drinks tonight and cashier said had to be with ice!! Called to talk to supervisor did nothing to resolve issue at hand! Wouldn’t even offer a solution knowing it was close to closing time! Called my husband a liar that his cashier would never instruct to order drinks with ice! I told him to review surveillance before making acquisitions! All because they were being lazy and didn’t want to modify the machine was the excuse!! I had no idea this location had so many POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES after reading recent reviews IT MAKES SENSE now and YES THIS IS THE RIGHT LOCATION KATY FWY BUNKER HILL !!! Here is a thought without customers you have no business !! THIS IS WHY PLACES FAIL TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!! Without them there is no business!! What’s worse is I’m handicapped and my daughter is special needs discrimination in general just an overall horrible experience!!! I highly recommend this supervisor and staff take a class on ethics because Sharetea is unethical and definitely very unprofessional!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a Korean staff member here. I visited with a guest from Korea, and they felt very comfortable thanks to the friendly employee who spoke perfect Korean. The boba tea was also delicious, and I really appreciated that we could customize the sugar level — such a nice touch!

A more upscale bubble tea place, the drink I ordered was mid but nothing special. The only upsetting thing was that they ran out of boba when I placed my order so I wasn't able to enjoy the boba experience. If you decide to go here I would call in advance to make sure they have boba available.

I visited ShareTea around 8:30 PM, well before closing time. An employee with long hair and no hat was visibly irritated while taking our order and even muttered expletives while preparing our drinks. This unprofessional behavior made for an uncomfortable experience. I won’t be returning

I’ve never felt so disrespected at a boba shop in my life. I came into ShareTea around 8:30pm; plenty of time before closing and was immediately met with attitude from one of the workers. He was an Asian guy with long hair, no hat, and the way he treated us was unacceptable. While making our drinks, he was literally cussing under his breath and acting like we were such an inconvenience for just ordering.
If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers who are just trying to get a drink. The energy was so hostile, it completely ruined the experience. I used to love coming here, but after this, I don’t think I’ll be back. Get better staff or train them on how to treat people with basic respect.

Went to Sharetea around 8:40, and honestly had a disappointing experience. A guy with long hair took our order and seemed annoyed from the start and was pretty rude during our order. What made it worse was overhearing him cussing us out while he was making our drinks. Super unprofessional and uncomfortable
The people that work here are very kind and helpful. The tea is always awesome!

Sharetea is honestly my favorite place to grab boba! The drinks are soooo good, and they always taste super fresh. I got the mango ice blend with lychee jelly this time, and it was amazing! It wasn’t too sweet, and the jelly made it even better. The workers are always really nice, and I never have to wait too long even if it’s crowded. If you’re looking for good boba, this is the spot !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently visited Sharetea Memorial, and I have to say it was an amazing experience! I ordered the Lime Mojito, and it was absolutely delicious, super refreshing, tangy, and the perfect balance of flavors. It was exactly what I needed on a cold day.
A special shoutout to Long, who made the visit even better. He was so friendly, efficient, and clearly cares about making customers happy. Great service and great drinks. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
