The customer service is bad. We ordered a Honey Lemon with aloe vera but the guy took the order never informed us they didn't have the aloe vera. When we got the drink we asked where is the aloe vera, they said they didn't have it. We asked to replace the lid, and the pic is how they replaced it. It was so bad.

I would try a different blended drink than strawberry if you’re looking for something less sweet

Ordered a brown sugar milk tea with extra ice and 100% sweetness level. It arrived within 20 minutes of order with NO ice whatsoever and it tastes like it’s unsweetened.
