I have had a vanilla latte, a caramel latte, and a chai latte from here. All 3 were good and the prices are very reasonable in comparison to Starbucks. I definitely prefer the coffee from here over Starbucks.

Pretty good location for a quick treat! It has a solid ice cream selection and a bit of candy as well, always clean and with really fast service. I was unimpressed with their coffee, but ice cream-wise they are excellent.

Staff are unclean and unfriendly. Munching on McDonald's, and feeding each other like newly Weds. They always slack on their work. The ice cream tastes like soap, and they can't even get the flavor you want because of rotations. Better to spend your money at Amy's Ice Cream or Marble Slab. Or better yet, don't come here at all, and study instead. I can only imagine worse customer service at the DMV.

Icee loyalty card is amazing! They offer various combinations for all cones and beverages. Customer service is always on point even with a packed line of students getting out of class. Various specials each month and after every Football game win, there is $1 ice cream scoop the following monday. Every 2 weeks they have cougar red friday, if you wear red you can buy an ice cream scoop for $1! Very recommended for a quick dessert or hot coffee before work! Best Ice cream on campus!

Overpriced. Some times I get the milkshake and it is so good, but sometimes its is so thin and nasty. It is 5$ for a milkshake. Its alright, but not amazing.

They have really good ice cream and i love the Michigan pothole but i have to wait days because they have it in the back but cannot bring it to the front because they "have to wait until they rotate their ice cream" worse customer service very disappointed that i come multiple times and get told the same thing. They prefer not to sell and make customer get what they want not what we like!!!!!
