I’ve been a loyal customer here, regularly ordering mandi and enjoying the food—until today. They were running a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer on Uber Eats but only sent one mandi for $25. When I called, they said I had selected just one. I explained it might’ve been an app mistake and politely asked if they could still honor the offer since I’m a regular and could pick it up myself. They flat-out refused—no courtesy or appreciation. It’s disappointing to see such a rigid, money-first approach toward returning customers. Great food can’t fix bad service. Plenty of other mandi spots out there—this one just lost a loyal customer.

Honestly, the food has nothing to do with authentic Yemeni cuisine. The flavors were bland, completely lacking the rich spices and taste you’d expect from real Yemeni dishes. Even the bread was cold, like it was made yesterday. I was really let down, and I’m definitely not coming back here again.

Yesterday I other mandi Chkin over rice the guy Siad 30 minutes then 35 minutes I arrived looking at me like dumb when I asking him why my other taking more then I expected after 1 hours I get my food rice test bad Chkin cannot eat it at all I spend $15 for nothing westing my Time .
