They have really good food !But I give the guy behind the register $40 and he gave me a change for $30. I told him you $10 more but he said you give me only $30. But u am sure I gave $40. They were people in the restaurant with their family. I didn’t want to make people look at Arabic people like the crazy. So I just left without my $10.You still get good food from them but make sure watch the guy behind the register.

This restaurant is very generous in portion size. We always have left overs even though we are big eaters! This generosity in not uncommon with Yemeni’s. The services and servers are just great.I really appreciate the guys who works there and the owners for brining such a great Arab and Yemen cultures.بارك الله فيكم وبرزقكم ❤️

My friends and I came here to try some Yemeni food. The restaurant is what you would describe as a hole in the wall. Don't let the atmosphere of the restaurant scare you away, they only have menu on the website so you have to use the QR code on the table. The server was very helpful on some suggestions. There is no free water here, you can only buy bottle of waters. The baked fish was so delicious that order one to go from my mom. The portion size of the food is worth the money and it taste good. The Yemeni tea they have is really good tea as well. We got the Mandi lamb and the meat just fall off the bone. The chicken was okay, but I may try a different one next time. The Hanith chicken was good but a bit dry for me.

Considering that I have never had Yemeni food before, I really enjoyed our visit to Sheba. The food is very simple and not spicy. I am not sure why I went in with the mindset that the food was going to be spicy, but it was very flavorful especially with the tomato based salsa like sauce and the raita like mint yogurt. Usually I am not a fan of yellow rice but this rice was extremely delicious and not dry. This is a whole in the wall place with solid food. Our server was very helpful in helping us decide what to order. We ordered the lamb, fish, and chicken dishes with rice. If I had to order again my favorite dish of the three was definitely the fish. The fish was marinated in this blend of spices that had a tamarind base along with dried spices that really complemented each other very well. The lamb was tender to touch and fell right off the bone. The chicken was slightly dry but I think that's because it was a chicken breast and I am usually team thighs. I got a Vimto and my friend got a hot tea. The tea was okay. Tasted a bit like it was made from a tea bag. But I am not an expert on tea. My friend seemed to really like it. Overall, a great first experience to Yemeni cuisine.

Slow cooked meats … that’s what Yemeni food is all about. Cooking “low and slow” gets you the incredible “fall off the bone” goodness. I partial to lamb - so I’d recommend that - but that does not mean their chicken options are not amazing. We typically get take out from here because Yemeni food in particular can be reheated (even multiple times) with no compromise.
