Went to this place a couple months ago for lunch. The food and pricing were excellent, so also the location, we live downtown with no Indian food close by. The second time we went there the food was stale, literally smelling like garbage. I’m sorry to have to say this, but people be aware. I called and complained, it seemed the woman behind the counter, Rehana, was aware of the condition of the food bcoz she promptly offered to provide us with a replacement. Not sure if I’ll avail of this offer for fear of getting food poisoning

PRICE GOUGING & FALSE ADVERTISINGI went to dine in at New Sheikh Chilli Restaurant on September 18, 2020, I ordered an item from their menu the price for Bhindi Ghosht was $9.99, they charged me $12.99, when I asked them about over charging me the manager Ayaz said he can charge me whatever the hell he wants to charge me if I don’t like it I can get the hell out and go elsewhere, he never refunded me the $3.00 extra he charged me but he failed to prove the price was charged was fair, the food was also not fresh and the employees were not wearing masksPRICE GOUGING & FALSE ADVERTISINGOwner name Ayaz what a total j***

Good ol sheikh chilli.... amazing desi food you can get lat late night. Always have a special menu you can ask what they jave cooked.for the day. Yummy curries with oil floating on top and best hot freshly made naans in town.

Today I bought one chicken Biriyani parcel for my family. The price is cheap but after having food my wife and two kids stomach hurts, continuously one by one keep going on restroom. Really it was terrible. I am doubting that supplying expired food by heating. I never ever go again to sheikh Chilli
The lady who works in front desk does not respect the customer. Bad attitude. She does not care about what is she doing. Awful service. I ordered Nehari when I got home to start eating the Nehari was completely burned the taste was not good. I have been coming sheikhs chili for long time then I stopped because of the customer service and burnt my Nehari will not see my penny anymore. I hope the management will see and do better for his business.

The worst nihari, literally tasted so bland. The nihari this place gave was so little & the naans were okay but on the smaller side. Usually people give some salad and nihari masala on the side, she didn’t give salad but gave nihari masala which literally was so small and half of it was spoiled. The woman at the front was so rude also. Never coming back here again. If I could give this place no stars, I would. 0/10.

Customer service is NOT good. The lady at reception in evening time, doesn’t know how to talk to the customer or handle the customers. It’s looks like she is trying to make new management fail same like previous one. Owners need to focus this point
