Love this Shipley’s. They are consistently good and the service is always excellent. The ladies in the morning time are very efficient but also sweet. They always separate my kids donuts for me in separate bags. And the sliced turkey and cheese kolache is so good. Nobody else serves it.
I have been going to the ship resorts for over a year at least once or twice a month however this morning in particular I have walked in and I had a horrible experience with a cashier named Anna I have told Anna I would like to have the breakfast sausage and egg sandwich plus a sausage kolache she kept thinking that I am talking about a regular kolache I kept telling her that I want the sausage egg and cheese kolache and a regular sausage kolache the first time I had explained to what would I like I got extremely upset Head Start raising her voice Worcester drive through cashier was looking at her like girl you need to calm down stick draw through cashier did not say that but they look on her face was like you tripping not to me but to Anna I do not recommend termination however I do recommend a strong talking to
Maybe she's having a rough morning maybe she's having a rough time in life I don't know only Christ now however she should learn how to put her emotions to the side and take care of the customer base maybe because I'm black she decided to act like that I don't know God bless y'all Jesus loves y'all

I ordered 4 Valentine Donuts. I also had rewards to redeem. Patricia herself said I see your rewards but I don't know how to use them. According to her she said they only had 4 donuts. Once already paid for the donuts I opened the box 2 of them looked like they should have been in the trash. She told me that's all they had. They shouldn't even have been able to sell them.

Always the best donuts and friendliest staff. Mr. Shipley’s been serving quality food for many many years in Houston.
Don’t give names to drinks if they don’t match reality. Your cappuccino is not coffee with milk, it’s cocoa with tons of sugar. Treat your staff to some good coffee, let them try a real cappuccino. I could call water 'wine' and sell it under that name – but it won’t become wine. You are deceiving your customers.

I like this location better as my glazed donuts are always hot and fresh. The drive thru is super quick and the cashiers are fast and efficient. There is not enough parking here. You can park on the street, but the drive thru line moves very quickly.
