It's 6 am, and they refuse to serve customers. Cars stuck in the drive thru because employees refuse to open the store on time. To repeat what I told them, YOU LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!!

girl getting trained couldn’t scan for rewards and a kolache was forgotten (2/3 received, that’s $3 lost out on) and duo deal not applied. please figure it out for the sake of the customers.

I will not be returning to this location. I ordered half dozen donuts, not only were my Do-Nuts cold there was also pieces of hairs in my donuts. Please make the employees wear hair nets this is DISGUSTING, distasteful, and unsanitary!

It has definitely fallen off Everytime I go get donuts its like they aren't even glazed it's pitiful. I've walked up early like 6am and still got donuts that looked like non-glazed donuts. I will not be returning anymore

THE PLEASE WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN WE WORKED ON THE Drive. THROUG WINDOW and the people had to come in and they didn't have a problem so So that says that the place is great good Fresh donuts.we had to get some and the were good

Although those doughnuts were calling my name, I had to walk away unfortunately due to poor customer service at this particular store location.
Staff failed to greet and inform customers that they would be with them in a moment. If it’s busy and you greet and communicate with your customers, most will understand and won’t mind waiting while you fulfill other orders. Just don’t look at and walk past us repeatedly, unconcerned about our presence. It’s extremely rude and off-putting.
They also appeared to either lack or block access to a restroom. So if you travel and need to stop, this is not a good place for a restroom break.
I contacted the store manager and the corporate head quarters on 2 December 2024 and hope to see change and staff held accountable.

I ordered shipley’s on door dash for me and my baby brother today. When the food arrived, I gave him his apple fritter and he began to spit it out. I asked him what was wrong and he told me that it tasted nasty. I grabbed the apple fritter and it was literally raw on the inside….like straight up dough. I gave him one of my glazed donuts and it barely had any glaze on it and was stale. Shipley’s is one of our favorite donut spots but this was really bad.
