I'm tired of the cold kolaches and donuts and I specially ask before I order if any of it is fresh. Dont tell me it is and then give me cold food.

The environment is very unwelcoming and staff only open the drive thru window halfway like they’re afraid. They also shut the window abruptly in your face as if somebody’s gonna just jump through the window. It’s an unacceptable demeanor. I’ve been to several Shipleys in different locations and never felt so unwelcome.

Shipley”s allowed some over baked kolaches come out of their shop .This violates trust and deviates from shopping norms. A deviation from quality normalcy. I mean dried up cheese and hard bread I don’t like it

The WORST Shipleys, NEVER has hot donuts ready, they never have enough Kolaches made. Waited in drive thru line for 30mins to finally get to the window and for the heavy set lady to say NO HOT donuts and no ham and cheese kolaches. They need to send their staff to the 610 n Ella location to get trained properly. I have tried this place 3 different times and all 3 times I have received the same outcome. Yall should close this location, it very sad that I have to drive to a further location to receive better service and hot food. Growing up as a child we looked forward to get hot donuts every location should be better prepared to serve the same quality food. Do better if yall plan to stay open any longer. Owners do better in Training your staff. Left the drive thru with nothing it was truly a waste of time.

The lady who served us was very friendly, she talked to us and put the freshly made donuts in the box, which made the experience of shopping there more pleasant.
Fernando always has the best customer service, and I appreciate how delicious the food is every time I come here. I really can’t ask more from a donut shop, and I know that every time I come here, I’m gonna get grape food along with fantastic speed. Good Donuts, good coffee, good vibes.

The kolaches were cold and really thin like they didn't give the dough time to rise. They also had barely any cheese in them. Donuts were ok but they only give you 10 donut holes in a bag. Go to a different location cause this one ain't it.
