At 9:26am on 3/29/2024, I drove in the drive-thru and purchased two glaze donuts and two chocolate donuts, and they were very small, tasted stale,, and were dry. I immediately tried to return the donuts to get a refund; however, the lady in charge stated they could not give refunds until the manager got there at 1:00pm. I will be contacting the manager asap to get my refund. I’ll never go back to this Shipley’s at 2140 E. Pioneer Pkwy in Arlington, TX. I bought donuts from this same location last year and the donuts tasted horrible then.

PEAK ROCK CAPITOL! BYE BYE SHIPLEY! Yet another Houston tradition ruined by an investment group looking for profit without realizing what makes the product Savory and Delicious.Bought some IN-edible Kolaches and Glazed Donuts at the Yale location, $8 dollars in the trash, absolutely disgusting!!!Thinking Yale was still learning how do to it right, I traveled to the North Main location. In the 30 plus years living in the Heights N.Main Shipley has traditional had the best/freshest Kolaches and Donuts I've ever had, -NO LONGER, another $8 dollars in the trash. The recipe HAS BEEN messed with. WHY would you change a product that taste so good to something I will never put in my mouth again?... Bitter, under cooked, lacks the fluffiness NOT Delicious>>YUCKR.I.P. SHIPLEY, -WHATABURGER -STAR PIZZA

recently discovered a little slice of doughnut heaven. I came here with my husband and children, and I was surprised at the attention to detail. I know that Shipley's is a franchise, so the donuts should be the same. This place there is a step up. The service was the best. The staff is always welcoming and ready to assist, making the entire experience delightful. #MomApproved

I have a family member employeed by this company. They shorted her pay check hundreds of dollars as far back as September. The company said it was a “glitche” in their system. It is now December and they have not paid her the money due.
Hello, this review is for the Fort Worth location on Miller Street. At around 9:15 am on the 28th of April, While I was purchasing a box of mixed donuts I noticed one of the employees dropping one of my donuts out of the box and putting it back in there. I checked all them to see if I was making a mistake and one of them had hair and trash on it. I took the box in the store and explained to the other employees what I saw. One of them said she dropped it and replaced it. She didn't because I never saw her grabbing another one. While me and the other employees was discussing this, the one that dropped it was smiling . Overa I wouldn't recommend this location

My boss assumed because I was black I could find her drugs, she made comments like black people don't want to work, the customers ask her why she hired me. No one even attempted to hear my side

Let me tell you, Dunkin owns LI NY but has nothing on Shipley's! As far as I'm concerned, Shipley's is the end of the road for donuts. Great selection and very rich/tasty, unlike the crap at Dunkin..just being transparent here....and they have Colachie's!

I usually frequent here (#120) every Monday before I go to work. The last couple of weeks I have noticed that when I place my order, the amount varies. One week it is $15.99 and the next week it will be over $17. I order one and a half dozen glazed donuts. Last week it was $15.99. When I ordered this morning, it jumped to $17.83. I told the clerk, that I was here last week and the price was $15 and some change. She looked surprised that I mentioned it. I then handed her the cash, $18, and asked for a receipt so I may compare prices. She then returned with $2 dollars and the receipt, which showed $15.99. If your employees are going to "lie" about the price only to keep the overage, you need to get HONEST employees.
