Terrible location. I tried it a few months ago and the lady at the counter was rude and impatient. Yet again decided to give this location another shot. Same lady at the counter, same rude uncaring attitude. You would think with all the reviews on this lady the store owner would TRAIN the lady on customer service. At this point, the franchise owner is to blame for how many bad reviews this location has.

An average or below average donut experience. I was excited to go through the drive through, but they didn't have many of the donuts that I was looking forward to having. I ended up eating ones I didn't really want, which was okay, I just would have preferred for them to be in stock.

This is one of the worst locations I've ever been to. They should be ashamed to be called Shipley's. The service was bad and the donuts were hard, burnt and stale. I will never go back there and do not recommend.
The two ladies worst workers ever... will even tell u they have none of this item n it'd clearly there will never go back happened 4 times

Morning ladies suck to interact with, always triple check your order before leaving bc they will get it wrong no matter what. Huge language gap and rude attitude about it. Maybe try learning a little more of the language your entire business' menu is in rather than taking it out on customers. Also why has crime scene tape been up in front of the counter for over a month?

I visited this location this morning and I should’ve trusted the reviews. Now I didn’t experience rudeness but the kolache was so nasty. There was no cheese or jalapeños in it and I order that one and an egg cheese and jalapeño one and there was not eggs and barely any cheese. I can’t return to this one because how do you mess up kolaches.

The lady workers there are extremely rude if you tell them you don’t understand or speak Spanish they get mad at you and get an attitude makes no sense I tried to explain and the lady put her hand in my face and said bye 2 times also they always act bothered if they don’t want to be there then go else where and work give the job to someone who would be humble and grateful to have a job
