I only put so I can write a review. The ladies that work there are very rude. I went in there with my family and lady was bothered as we are ordering. Kept making faces as we are trying to pick the donuts. Ok she had a bad morning but she shouldn’t be rude with her customers. Stay home with your attitude. Then get home and there’s a ? hair in my son’s donut.

The women named Xiomara who attended us was really rude. When we got to the store she was sweeping and she got on the entrance to block our way in. Once we were inside she proceeded to walk to the back as if we weren't there and we had to wait for her to get back. Overall she had a bad attitude towards us. Super mal genio

Handed me a hot chocolate with an attitude and mid not on correctly and when she handed it to me it spilled all over me and proceeded to burn me and she shut the window and ignored me so no starts if possible they need and over haul on customer service and all new employees and she kept my change for a tip "pon le in la caja de profina" is what was said before she refused to give me my change and slammed the window

I've been a customer since Shipley's opened this location (5823 Gulf Fwy) moving my business from the Main St location. I've normally received great service ordering multiple dozens of donuts or kolaches for my employees on a regular basis. The last three visits, however, I've ordered a dozen or more sausage & jalapeno kolaches only to discover I was given plain sausage kolaches. As a customer, I shouldn't have to open up the taped box just to confirm I was provided what I paid for. The jalapeno version tastes great, the plain not so much. Very disappointing for it to happen three times inside of six weeks. Woody

This is the absolute worst Shipleys in Houston. Do nuts always cold, they always put my do nut in the same bag as my kolache and the service is subpar
