There's better shipley's but this one is close to the house

Ask for a receipt every time. I went ordered some items made it home not even 4 min later went back and played like they didn’t just see me charged me almost $16 just for a sausage jalapeño cheese kolache a new breakfast sandwich and a coffee. They forgot my donuts and acted like they gave them to me

I had the worst experience with Diana. She was extremely rude and nasty to me for absolutely no reason. All I did was order a medium coffee.

When I told her about her attitude, she offered no apology, but chuckled and talked with her coworker. That is not the way customers should be treated and this should be addressed.

Half a dozen cost what a whole dozen use to cost. They have great donuts but terrible prices.😐😭

Service is okay but why is the lobby always closed? Only drive thru? Drive thru always takes long.

We came here and we asked for fresh donuts and the lady wouldn’t drop them. She said one hour and we said ok we will wait and then she says no. She said the donuts they had were from the morning. And then switched up and said they make them every hour. And then said they won’t make another batch until midnight. They were annoyed. Other locations drop hot donuts for me.

How are yall open 24hrs but can’t give refund at night because yall want to give out old donuts. When I offer to wait on fresh donuts that is unacceptable I can’t have my money back cause I already got the donuts is dumb and the service was terrible he could’ve gave me my money back

There's nowhere to sit at this location even though there were counters, there was no chairs. Luckily there's a library down the street

Didn’t give me what I asked for. Lady’s all gathered around the driveway window laughing. 4 people there and still didn’t get it right.

I’ve come to Shipleys since a little girl and absolutely loved them! My experience today though… very unprofessional, rude and in my opinion it was racially motivated. My nephew was very excited to come in this morning and pick 2 donuts that he’s never tried before. When we walked in there were no customers but we were still rushed to make a decision. As I was ordering, I was confused on which register to pay at, I asked and was ignored. As I walked to the one of the registers the cashier yelled out NEXT!”and began working on and eventually ringing up the Hispanic lady behind me. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and I won’t be back.

Who doesn’t have hot donuts at 5am???? Staff is rude all the time. The store is not clean. This is my third time going….3 strikes you are out!!!!!

Got some cake donuts, blueberry & buttermilk & couldn't tell the difference between them. They were super tiny & been in the oven too long. Fritters was coo, but I'm good on going back.

there's really no reason for them to be open all night, they run out of donuts pretty early.

When we arrive the lady infront of me took more than 15min in the line. So the truck behind me started to hunk. We order 4 donuts and 2 caramel frappes. Sorry but this looks like a slushie frappe
