I’m sorry but this location on Jensen and Berry takes for ever in the drive-thru. Took me 20 minutes to get to the window and only 4 cars in front of me. Something has to be done.

So this location closes its lobby at noon. And their Google hours are incorrect. The hours on Google only reflect when the lobby is open so it makes you think they close at noon or 12:00 p.m.. They are actually open to 8:00 p.m.
Add: there is also no menu at all on the side of the building where the drive-thru is, so I guess use your memory when it's time to order.

Saying the only donut you have ready at 5am is coconut at Shipley's is ridiculous. Nothing else is going to done until 5:30 let's me know this store doesn't have their priorities in order and need new leadership because NO ONE comes Shipley's at 5am for coconut donuts. NO ONE

On our fourth attempt at 6:40 a.m., we drove through the drive-thru to request hot donuts. As with the last three times, we were told there were no hot donuts available at 6:30 a.m. Can this location just serve hot donuts.
Why have a sign that says open at 5am & your glazed do-nuts not ready for another 45 mins. Just open up at 6 if you’re not prepared.. I’m on the way to work trying to get my children some donuts but noooooo the window is blocked and unprepared it 5:15am… Airline & Tidwell would never ??

Horrible this morning I went in to purchase two old fashion cinnamon rolls for my dad and two heavy build ladies one Hispanic and one Mexican lady started laughing I’m asking them do they have icing for the cinnamon rolls they were acting like they couldn’t speak English and kept laughing I walk out and look at my surroundings so I can be sure to put this here for my African American people but the two ladies were to glad to greet another Hispanic lady and Hispanic men next line over to my Africa American people money can’t hide racism hands
