I love their donuts, but I love their beignets even more. I go here on a regular late at night, the service isn’t always the friendliest especially from the tall gentleman with the accent.

I ordered 4 glazed donuts and two Sausage, Egg & Cheese Kolache but by the time I got back to work the kolaches were only egg and cheese. Food wasn’t bad just a little disappointed.

I highly do not recommend this location for Shipley - No issues with the workers/service but the quality of the food has gone down hill. My order has been messed up multiple times with the wrong donuts. The chocolate filled donuts had no filling or would have just one blob section of the donut.
Oh. My. God. I had no idea Shipley even had a 24-hour location — and finding one in the Westchase area literally saved my late-night craving soul. I walked in expecting a tiny grab-and-go donut shop… nope. This place is huge. You can actually sit, breathe, dine, and fully experience your donut moment in peace.
And let me tell you: the selection is insane. Maybe it’s because I haven’t had donuts in forever, but I was suddenly acting like I had to “sample one of everything for research purposes.”
Top item of the night? The sausage–cheese–jalapeño kolache. Period. And the staff didn’t even wait for me to ask — he just heated it up like he already knew how to take care of a hungry, slightly dramatic customer at 1 AM. Love that for me.
Then came the glazed donut… ✨ Shiny. ✨ Glorious. ✨ So perfectly glazed it practically flirted with me. Fresh, warm, and soft — not crunchy, not greasy, just the exact texture that makes you forget every diet you ever attempted.
And surprise: they have beignets. YES — actual beignets. Louisiana-style. They fry them fresh, make them hot, and hand them to you with honey. I don’t need to fly anywhere anymore. My cravings are officially local.
Even with heating, frying, and boxing up half the store for me, the wait was barely 10 minutes. For a late-night order, the staff was ridiculously attentive — like A+ customer service with zero attitude.
They even have a drive-thru. AND because it’s Christmas season, the whole shop is covered in cute mini holiday décor and seasonal packaging. It felt like walking into a sugary little festival. I was entertained the entire time just reading their flyers and staring at all the new items I definitely didn’t need but totally bought anyway.
Prices? Shockingly good. Quality? Way better than I expected at 1 AM. Will I come back? Absolutely. Anytime my donut demons call.
I won’t say it’s the single best in town, but it is DEFINITELY at the top of my list — especially for late-night cravings. Highly recommended. Go treat yourself.

I come here all the time and never had a problem but this one guy that barely speaks English having an attitude with me even though I repeated multiple times what I wanted then had an attitude because he got my order wrong and try to talk back to me like I did something to him he needs to be trained properly and not work drive thru at all
