8/8/25 Place was closed when I arrived 2:25pm. Hours are supposed to be 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. Waited in drive through 20 minutes, finally deciding to check the doors. They were locked so basically no one is here. No notice, note, and the app provides no option to cancel order.
Update:9/16/25ish eventually was texted by management offering amends however I just wanted my refund and I didn't want any free food. Called about five times over 30+days about getting my refund processed and it still hadn't been done and submitted. Eventually had to tell my bank 35+ plus days later so the bank could retrieve my money because Shipley's was not doing it on their end even though they said they were. Was sent a picture by management of my refund supposedly processing but they fail to realize I recognized it was the page right before they were supposed to submit the request and it hadn't actually been submitted. Never order online here. If you want something from this location go in person and pay in person only

I will never when I say never go here again. I went there this morning before work. Donuts was cold and they have signs saying hot donuts until 5 pm daily negative. My sausage and cheese kolache bread hard no cheese and sausage looked burnt and dried out. I guess these were day old.
Worst customer service ever .. they take forever to take ur order in the window.. lady in the mornings looks like she’s not a happy camper.. also their donut wholes bag is like 1/4 of the bag … never purchase here but was in a rush this time but will never be back to this place

Slowest donut / kolache shop I’ve ever been to. Consistently takes upwards of 15 minutes when it’s not busy. Kolaches are good but man are they slow.
