stopped by today and order a large cup of coffee like i do almost everyday needless to say am a regular there i stop there at least 3-4 times a week, well today they are out of half and half no biggie sub it for milk to my surprised the guy at the drive thru ask me to pay for a pint of milk if I wanted milk for my coffee, WTH its not my fault that you management didn't order enough for the week.... extremely disappointed !!!!

The employees are super rude and they do not keep the place clean and as well they will sell you donuts from the day before which is not allowed and they still do it anyways and lastly I’ve seen rats in there before which is very unpleasant to see when you are about to eat

This is the only donut shop near the school, so I keep giving this place a chance. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food, it’s just bread idk why every time there is a 15 minute wait for some cold nasty donuts. In 15 minutes the employees can drop every order fresh. I will not be back to this location, I will take out the extra time and drive over to the Ella location where they take pride and have great customer service. Or I can just go to the Pappas sons donut on Ella.

Just tried the new bacon egg and cheese kolache. Don't know if that's the name but let me say this. I normally stay away from things that have an egg filling. It's not a good experience...my opinion has been challenged!! I really expected to be disappointed but the egg was fluffy and flavorful!! All I can say about this is "WOW!"

This location is right by my work and I do not understand why they always have signs hanging got frapes I come several times a month and have never been able to get one because the ice machine is always broke. They post new menu items and are always out of them. Then I went inside and they have flys and roaches all over the food a health inspector needs to shut them down
They starting to get expensive. Everything has doubled in price.

Drive up to the drive thru and the African American man looked at me crazy didn’t even say hello can I help you or anything just stood there looking at me I ordered and he turned around came back from the back and have me some old cold hard glazed donuts since I ordered half a dozen he have them to me in a box so I didn’t realize until I drove off but by far the worst experience I’ve encountered. If they are upset then that a they problem not the customers!!
