I was charged $2.99 + tax for a bag of donut holes that only had a few in the bag. My daughter said ask for a refund but I was so disappointed I just drove off. Two whole donuts cost less than that.

The location on Telephone is usually pretty quick to get through in the morning. My only complaint is that they rarely have some of the drinks available in the morning that they advertise.

I came here tonight at 9:30pm and it was closed even tho the sign up front said Open, and there business hours say they're opened till 10pm. A lady was in the back washing something I called there phone number twice and no answer, heck I even honked at the person inside and no response.

Should’ve read the reviews before making my online order.. Ordered 5 glazed donuts, 4 strawberry with sprinkles and 3 white with sprinkles. Received this instead.. The glazed donuts don’t even look right.. Have been coming here since I was a child, never coming back again.

Who closes a lobby of a location to watch kids and make customers walk to the window. Got home then realized how small the donuts are. Cream filled yet nothing in them and just extremely small compared to other locations.
Extremely disappointed with this location. I placed an online order of 1 dozen kolaches and 1 dozen beignets. When I got to work and opened the boxes I noticed they had given me 1/2 dozen powdered sugar donuts instead of beignets. And they had shorted me 1 of the egg kolaches which there is an additional fee for this. When I try to call the number for this location it says the number cannot be completed as dialed. Will NEVER come to this location again.
Additionally the employees have terrible customer service. When I went in on Wednesday morning to pick up my order I said good morning to the employee behind the counter and she did not reply. Then I told her I was picking up an order for Ruby and she stared at me blankly. I then repeated myself and she just pointed to the end of the counter where there was an order in a bag.
