I literally called at 424 and ask someone on the phone that works here. What time they closed. The lady told me five pm. I drove over here arrived at four forty six and the doors are locked. When I called the same lady answers. The phone and tells me the donuts are out. There's no way you could not have told me that at 4:24 PM before.I drove all the way over here. This location is trash!

Went here to get half dozen free donuts for teacher appreciation week and the workers outright refused to honor the deal. Would not even call the manager to confirm.

First time going to this location, and never patronizing again. Purchased a kolache and a donut, and both were super tiny. Unfortunately it wasn't a one off case as all available servings were of the same very small size.
Still the best donuts...
Filled and other donut size went down while price increase and service sucks...No napkins, no bag...hardly few sprinkles on donuts and price increase..
Won't go again...
This is the rudest location I’ve ever been too. I need the contact information for who ever runs this location.
UPDATE: Reached out to corporate as suggested, no response. And this location is still awful
Donuts overcooked and greasy multiple times now. Tasted like cooked in old grease. Kolache meat also tasted “old”.
Food not consistent with Shipley brand—ham and cheese kolache had a tiny thin piece of lunch meat rolled up and only filled a minute portion of the bread. Employees are consistently unfriendly.
This building hasnt changed or been updated since the late 90s. The ladies here are rude and not friendly. They also don't remake kolaches. They make large batches of them early in the morning, then still sell you kolaches that have been sitting out for hours. On multiple occasions I've just thrown away entire orders. Ive worked with food for over 15 years. Im quite familiar with food quality.Other comments are correct, go to any other shipleys and the kolaches are twice the size as here
These people are cheap and don't mind selling crap food to the community that's keeping them in business.
This is a hit and miss , every time I cone in a d get the same product I get charged different prices. One was 6.69, next one was 7.98 and the next one was 8.19, their colaches are getting smaller and more bread then sausage cheese and jalapeños. Don't know why..

It's what you expect from shipleys .
The only place I can get my Old fashioned cinnamon rolls w/o icing! 🙂

I have never found a better donut than Shipley Donuts. My go to is the cinnamon twist. When my son comes home from NYC his first request is Shipley Donuts. Love the new kolaches.

Great food specially the kolaches and the fact that they are open early on a Sunday morning is a great plus. I was able to eat

Donuts are donuts. Nothing super special.
Lady who worked there at the date and stamp of this review was extremely rude. I live 3 mins walk from this place and will not return. Id rather drive a few blocks and try my luck somewhere else.
