I have never found a better donut than Shipley Donuts. My go to is the cinnamon twist. When my son comes home from NYC his first request is Shipley Donuts. Love the new kolaches.

Donuts are donuts. Nothing super special.

Lady who worked there at the date and stamp of this review was extremely rude. I live 3 mins walk from this place and will not return. Id rather drive a few blocks and try my luck somewhere else.

Order a mixed dozen of filled donuts. There was barely any filling in them at all. Ask for large coffee with cream and Splenda. They filled the cup 1/4 way with French vanilla creamer( way too much) and had no Splenda. People were nice. No drive through. kolachies were good tho.

Donuts are good and fresh but there’s a older Filipina lady that looks angry being there and not friendly so I try not to go when she’s there.

Went this morning and had such rude service. Asked for things in a box but my items were thrown rudely into a bag. Lady acted like she didn’t want to be there. There’s better local shops and this Shipleys give the name a bad taste.

I was there on 01/22/24 and my total was$16.50 but I just saw my bank account on line just now and the transaction is for $38 . I dont think so- I will be there tomorrow morning.

This is the second time I've been and I should've known better. The first time I went was over a year ago and the donuts were overcooked. I went back because it's the closest donut shop to us and sure enough, the donuts were overcooked and almost looked burned. The lady who helped me seemed angry to even be there and did not say a single word. I will go out of my way to another donut shop next time.
