There were missing items on my order. I know I should've doubled checked before leaving the drive through but there was already someone behind. Not the first time it has happened and I understand it can get hectic during breakfast time. But it's just frustrating and a little inconvenient nonetheless. Plus paying for items you didn't receive will always not feel good as a consumer.

My husband and I were in the area.. I had to use the restroom so we went there so I could. And then as I was walking out the rude woman at the counter asked can I help You? And I said I was using the restroom.. and she said well they are for customers only.. funny thing is I was a customer.. I was heading back to the car to get my purse and order donuts for my husband and I.. but after I told him she was rude to me we drove off and they lost a customer.. jokes on her. We won’t be back.

I went around 7 am, to me that shouldn’t be a time where the donuts are ice cold to the touch. I can understand if it’s 9am-2pm, but I had to go home and heat up my donuts. Other than that they tasted okay.

This is the best Shipley's donuts in the area. I buy donuts for Saturday on Friday on my way to work, just so I can have donuts from this location. Their filled donuts are exploding with filling and that's how it should be. Again, I'm there every Friday and wake up Saturday morning with my delicious chocolate cream filled donut. The employees are awesome too! I never wait more than 2 minutes to get my donuts.

Fast service, great kolaches and delicious glazed donuts. Ricky is always smiling and pleasant to order. Easy stop on my way to work just off beltway.
We were visiting from NW Arkansas and had to try the cheese and jalapeño Kolaches based on a friends suggestion. They were fantastic! The dough was pillowy soft and it had the perfect amount of salt:sugar ratio. The apple fritter was “as big as your head!” The customer service was professional, efficient, and friendly.

I bought a dozen of mix donuts this morning and they taped it closed so when I got to work and open them they had DEAD FLIES and WEIRD STUFF on them and I had to throw them away! What a waste of money and I work really hard for my money.
