Came today stood at the window for over 15 min and it’s WAYYY before 6pm which is the time they close. I always try to avoid this location and rather drive 15min to the next nearest one besides the fact they take forever the ladies always say they prefer cash instead of card idk why if they pocket the money or what but it’s very annoying because it got to a point where it was literally every day till I woudk say no I don’t have cash I literally only have card not even coins they will sigh and take my card. Horrible location.

I went this morning with my parents and we waited at window for 5 minutes and there was no line .. no one inside and the women deliberately just stood by the window acting like she couldn’t hear us . I understand yall are busy but that was outrageous
Great service and friendly staff!!!

Sadly I was torn on leaving this review as this was my normal morning commute stop.
But after several visits, ignored requests, and tipping for subpar food / service. This location will no longer be a place I frequent.
I have been receiving hard toasted kolaches and hard stale donuts. I still returned and requested fresh & hot glazed donuts out of the last 5 visits. Not once did I received what was requested during my morning commute.
Not once, was I informed that there were no fresh or hot donuts. You give your order to the person up front, and they pass along the order without a customers request. Sometimes in Spanish, other times in English. Yet the out come is still the same. Or it's lost in translation.
In an age where everyone & everywhere wants a tip for little to no service.
Noting, I always left a tip for service. After 5 visits, had enough of my request falling on deaf ears. Obviously the employees nor the owners care of what's being served to their customers.
If I wanted hard stale donuts, I'd go across the street to Pena's Donuts.
Take your business elsewhere.
There are other locations that will accommodate requests. 288, Fuqua, Pearland

Food was really good and prices were fair. Service was also exceptional with them quickly serving us and giving them their recommendations.
Convenient access on the highway as we were headed to Galveston.

Compared to other Shipleys the food at this location is way below par. Glazed do-nuts aren't even glazed completely and taste over fried. Kolaches are over baked and taste like they are day old. Very disappointed.
The Shipleys off Main Street League City is far superior, in my opinion.
Friendly staff and perfect donuts 🍩

I felt bad for the cashier. He was running the whole place by himself. He was a flustered but he did the best he could. The donuts were made that day but were not fresh
