There are no mic at the drive thru, no prices on the menu and when you ask at the window they seem to get a little ajitated with asking about prices because it holds up the line

We came here when they first opened and the donuts were not so fresh. We figured it was an off day. 2 years later I am back in town and it seems to be the same issue. I am back again in November of 2023 for a visit, why are you still serving donuts that are old from the night before? You hav to ask yourself if you do not eat old donuts from hr night before why would you assume any paying customer would?

Tipping has gotten out of control!!I purchased coffee and two donuts this morning. The cashier printed the receipt, I signed, and handed it back.She stared at the receipt.HER: "I gave you an extra donut!"[She tapped the tip jar a few times]ME: "Okay. Thank you, but I don't often eat two."[Me walking out]Tipping is for when people provide a tailored service beyond just the sale of an item. All she did was hand me donuts and coffee. Why would I tip?

Older white gentleman at the register maybe the manager or owner overcharged me doubled the price ,luckily I caught him on it before he ran my card. He tried to act like he didn't know that he was double charging me $30 for 4 kolaches. He knew exactly what he was doing he literally typed it on the machine.I was wondering why I saw him looking at me strange must have been assuming that I wasn't going to miss the money and just take the up charge. Sketchy place never go here.

Best Shipley out there! I used to go to another location, but this one has much better customer service, so I go here weekly now.They usually give us a bonus donut in our bag, too!

I prefer this location over others, the staff is nice. The man working up front is possibly the owner or manager, he is so nice and always quick to help or is running a special. My only complaint here is the drive thru can take quite a while in the mornings, other than that this is a nice & clean Shipleys with a very nice staff.
I love this location. I wish I knew the man was working up at the register on 12/7 in the morning but he has such a sweet heart and soul. Extremely best service. I don't even live near this area but I will only come to this Shirley's. Once again, y'all are awesome!

I tend to go there a lot and they never disappoint on their service and food! I always go for a cheese jalapeño kolache and the owner is always kind enough to give me a free donut !
