They don’t know what “fresh” means! I asked if they had fresh donut holes the lady said “yes” I asked “are they warm?” She said “yes we have some in the back” the donut holes were cold as if they were in the fridge and hard my jaws started to hurt! I asked for a kolache which was warm, but the bread hard as well and dark as if it was burnt!! I went inside to warm up my donut holes and guess what no microwave. The worst donut holes and kolache I’ve ever had! This was at 5:30am and they had just opened at 5am! Only get 1 star because the lady was fast but sure it’s because nothing was fresh!
Love their donuts. But I asked for them to be warmed and couldn't get that.

I was missing 1 item, from online pick up and I was given 2 raw Blueberry Cake donuts. And, Stale, glazed donuts. Not Fresh at all.

Window signs state Hot Donuts All Day! So we stopped this afternoon and we were given cold donuts. False advertising! For the price they should be hot!!!

Today is the second time I spent 3.50 for a day old boudin kolache. But what really gets me is they handed me a clipboard with receipt to sign, with a tip spot, what a joke. I will never go to this Shirley’s again.
Didn't know they overcharged me. Well they charged me for several bags of donut holes rather than single donuts... didn't find out until days later when I checked that cards account for being low

The food was good but they must be renovating or something, because when I walked in, it smelt heavily of paint. I didn't think anything of it and ordered some kolaches, but the freaking kolaches had a slight after taste of paint. I thought I was just imagining it because I smelled it so I ate, but now every time I burp, I FREAKING TASTE PAINT. ?? Maybe you guys should just shut down while you have heavy chemical smells in the air permeating into your baked products???? Just a suggestion.
