This place sucks! They made me waste my time!! I was waiting for kolaches because she said 20 minutes and I go back to the window and now she says I have to wait 40 more minutes and all she said was a lame “sorry” !! Didn’t atleast offer a free donut! Mind you it’s 10:30pm and I go to work at 4 am so wasted my time for NOTHING!!!

This is the second time I go to this Shipleys location and they do not have half of the items on their menu. When I opened the box all of the kolaches were different colors. Some were white and others were dark brown from being overcooked. Additionally, the sausage was coming out of the bread of one of my kolaches.

🤩 It would be a nice addition, in my opinion, for the donut holes to be enhanced with a variety of flavors, such as powdered sugar, and served warm to elevate the overall experience.
Great services just be patient sometimes there is just 2 workers so if your running late dont give them attitude cuz its on you the workers are amazing
