DO NOT ORDER ICING COVERED DONUTS FROM HERE!!!!!!!I'm going to share a photo of the donuts I received today. This is RIDICULOUS that you pay 2.19$ per donut and the amount of icing that you get on your donuts should be a CRIME.lol this sad that as a donut company they go that CHEAP for paying customers! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND HARD WORKED MONEY ON DONUTS HERE! I'm going to post a picture of possible to expose this business

Well, I come here quite often but unfortunately I cannot say that I will be back anytime soon. On my most recent visit, we ordered 4 jalapeño kolaches and 4 regular along with an order of mini yays. Five minutes after we had ordered and paid, they informed us that they were out of yays and could give us some donut holes instead. Not a great substitution IMO. They also gave us 6 regular and only 2 jalapeño kolaches. And mine was the driest I’ve ever had. Very disappointed.

Quick Service even on a busy day. The food was delicious. We had kolaches and donuts. Stuff was very friendly. I was disappointed that they didn't accept tips. Seems like everybody asked for them this day whether they deserve it or not and these folks really deserve it!
This Shipleys has great people working there and good stuff. Problem here is that there is VERY often vagrants hanging out at the door and they are quite aggressive in their panhandling. Use the drive thru and keep windows up and doors locked. get close enough to the window that no one can easily get between the car and window and you'll be ok

None of the workers are able to communicate in English. As a result, they struggle to accurately fulfill orders. The selection of donut flavors is often limited, and on the rare occasion that donuts are available, they are disappointingly cold and hard.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience using your app to place a pickup order. I placed my order in advance, expecting a smooth and timely pickup process, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
Upon arriving at the scheduled pickup time, I was made to wait an additional 30 minutes. During this time, I was directed to switch between different cashiers in order to complete my order. When I finally arrived home and checked the items, I discovered that the entire order was incorrect.
This experience was frustrating and inconvenient, as the primary reason for using the app was to avoid waiting in line and ensure my order was ready on time. Based on this experience, I would recommend considering an in-store purchase instead of relying on the app for future orders.
I hope this feedback is helpful and that improvements can be made to the process moving forward.
