Review: No Sausage in My Kolache
I was really disappointed with my order today. I grabbed a sausage kolache, and when I bit into it… there was no sausage at all. Just bread. I get that mistakes happen, but this one was pretty frustrating, especially since that’s the whole point of a kolache.
I hope this was just a one-time mix-up, because I’ve enjoyed their food before. It’d be great if they double-check orders so customers get exactly what they’re paying for.

They never have what I want. They service is unacceptable I wanted glazed donuts and they said they were out and they had some in stock. They were rude.
No matter what our you call them you get a voicemail stating that they are not able to answer their phone that they're taking care of gas then they cannot answer their phone at this moment there is not that much service going through that place that they cannot answer a phone call to ask a question

This is one of the most terrible locations in the United States Of America to order anything because they never give you what you order, they do not answer the phone, they do not refund you nor do they have the courtesy to tell your dasher to relay any information of what is happening to you as the customer. This store needs to be audited and checked on by cooperate because clearly they do not know who they have running their store ,but I can almost promise you and bet my life on it that once they find out they will be infuriated beyond doubt. To be quite frank, this store does not deserve to be opened at this time until it does a fresh fire and rehire!!!

Went by at 3 AM for kolaches and they didnt have any made 😔 my husband was mad !! Another time I went by the African American woman who took my order didnt get it right even though I repeated it to her 4 times she literally rang me up for half my order , then had to ring me up again !!! Ughhh so frustrating 😑!!
