If I could give zero stars I would. Only thing decent was the hot chocolate. Let's start with the customer service. Horrible. The older lady at the window was looking at us like we didn't belong. She was very unpleasant and kept saying they didn't have this or that. Kolaches were terrible and the lemon filled donuts they initially forgot to give me tasted as if someone had them saved in their personal belongings for a few days. This visit was yesterday and my stomach hasn't been right since,same for my daughter. I love Shipleys but this is not one of the usual locations I frequent. They don't have to worry about me ever returning tho. I'm literally sick to my stomach!

Had a big order, but the 3 dozen glaze donuts must have been hot because all glaze had evaporated and looked old. I'm not ordering from there again. Sorry

Smell like something body or something died in there and have rats running around. It’s a terrible store to go to. They never had nothing. The people are disrespectful.

You know the donut shop that you see when you watch The Simpsons?!? You know just a donut and a white background I've always wanted to be able to eat just one glazed donut ....the moment my stomach saw Shipley's sign I went back and sat inside the aroma in the air of donuts coming to life from all the episodes I saw Shipley's sign.. original and delicious

Absolutely horrible. The service attendant walks up to the counter with her cell phone sitting on her shoulder, stares at my co-worker and me, and doesnt say anything. I ask for a white iced and a chocolate glazed she gets a chocolate COVERED glaze and a chocolate glazed. I told her that wasn't what I asked for she gets a horrible attitude with me because of her mistake.
