One star is generous, terrible service. Cashier took a call in the middle of my order and started a conversation with a coworker before returning to finish taking my order. And before cashing me out she is surprised to hear the person on the phone hung up on her.

Lived here almost 30 years. Never been here except when my mom brings coffee and donuts. I took my sister for breakfast. Now I know why this is my mom's favorite Shipley's. Atmosphere is great and service is very good. I will be coming back. I recommend 👍

I just came from this location, (website shows this location closed🤔) Got my dad’s old Shipley coffee cup (8 oz cup ) refill 1.19, of only 6oz coffee . I transferred the coffee, just black, into a 8 oz measuring cup . Is that fare ? Anyways going back tomorrow with my 16 oz coffee cup😉.I ❤️ Shipleys 😋

If I could give zero stars I would. Only thing decent was the hot chocolate. Let's start with the customer service. Horrible. The older lady at the window was looking at us like we didn't belong. She was very unpleasant and kept saying they didn't have this or that. Kolaches were terrible and the lemon filled donuts they initially forgot to give me tasted as if someone had them saved in their personal belongings for a few days. This visit was yesterday and my stomach hasn't been right since,same for my daughter. I love Shipleys but this is not one of the usual locations I frequent. They don't have to worry about me ever returning tho. I'm literally sick to my stomach!
