Shipley Do-Nuts

Whoever owns this location.. doesn't like to make money and doesn’t care about quality. You have 5 employees whom you are paying hourly, sitting on the clock, not working, swiping left on your phone, and you have cold donuts sitting on the donut pad. You have the nerve to lie and say the donuts are fresh and were made 15 minutes ago. They are so cold, we all know it was not made 15 mins ago. Then you proceed to tell me I can warm them up in the microwave. Then you tell me I can wait 15 mins for fresh ones, while another employee is cleaning the donut maker and getting it ready for usage… because they were likely selling yesterday’s donuts to people. Will never come back and people beware of establishments like this. In an economy like this, take your money where quality and service matter. This location gives Shipleys a bad name!

Went 5:45a to get donuts and they didn't have any donuts made yet. Not sure how you open at 5a and haven't even made your donuts yet.

Everything is good besides drive thru sometimes takes a bit longer than it should.

The food was nasty. Me and my daughter ordered 2 chocolate cake glazed doughnuts. and charged us 4 dollars. the doughnuts were big but overall disgusting. the first doughnuts the guy picked out was the wrong kind and when we mentioned he cussed and threw the doughnuts away. Whenever he got the doughnuts right he nearly had the tightness grip when trying to get it. The man who served us didnt have a mask and coughed in his hand before picking up the doughnuts with a napkin.. I do not recommend the food is nasty and leaves an after taste and the place and food overall is jst very un appetizing 1/10 , 1 star.

There were 5 minutes left before closing arrived and the boy told me that he couldn't serve me anymore because he had to close at 9 o'clock since they didn't pay him an extra minute.

If this is the Shipley by Texas thrift, they have stale two day old donuts Horrible and disgusting. I’ve been been there three times to see if it was gonna change. Maybe it was just the old batch that I got a hold of but every time I went, there was horrible.

Every time I go the lady’s in the window are always nice and the give me the fresh donuts that the have and the chocolate milk is good that I buy 3 front there
