Very disappointed this morning. I was given a stale strawberry iced donut, which ruined my Thursday morning before work. That’s not the quality I expect from Shipley. Please do better with freshness and customer care.

Great donuts and kolaches. Also really great customer service. I was actually missing part of my order when I got home. I went back and sweet woman working the counter went above and beyond to make it right. She was a really awesome lady. Hope that she has a great day.

Out of all Shipley's locations, the doughnuts here at this spot are elite! Every donut is literally glazed before icing and/or sprinkles. Not just Shipleys but the only donut spot locally that does this, I'm all for it 🙌🏼🤩

Lady behind the counter wiped her nose with a napkin, then balled it up in her hand, smearing what was on it in her hand, and was about to start pulling my order without washing her hands. I informed her I changed my mind and walked out.

Worker was sniffling and didn’t put gloves on to get my donut. So unsanitary. I feel like Covid made it okay for people to where a mask when they’re sick if you have to go to work
