I just left this Shipleys location and the service was very pleasant and fast. I got 1 dozen glaze donuts and 2 Kolaches, all were hot and fresh! I called them to say thank you for the great service however I wanted to share my experience in a review.

Out of all Shipley's locations, the doughnuts here at this spot are elite! Every donut is literally glazed before icing and/or sprinkles. Not just Shipleys but the only donut spot locally that does this, I'm all for it 🙌🏼🤩

During my recent visit to this particular location, I was disappointed once again with the quality of the food. The donuts were rushed out the door and in odd shapes/appearance and taste; it's not what I was expecting from this chain. The kolache, which used to be a highlight of my visits, had a strange aftertaste that made it nearly inedible.Not only was the taste disappointing, but the overall presentation was also lacking.
