The Asian lady is too insistent on you buying more, you can tell her that you don't want more things and she gets angry as if she wants to force you to buy more! I came this morning and the Asian lady she’s Super rude I ask 1 dozen of donuts in a bigger box and she ,Shay we don’t have and not even a bag or thank you .she walks away so rude I was like really 15 dlrs for bad food smash in a box I was super mad never this my fists time in this place I never came back .

The cashier is always smiling and nice. I asked were the donuts freshly made because I will wait for fresh donuts. They were not hot. That disappointed me. The Asian owner came from the back and looked at me and never said anything. I finally said good morning and smiled and she barely said anything back. Customer service is everything. It does not cost a cent to smile and be polite.

SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT COME HERE. I never like to leave reviews but god damn this place is a Nasty place, I saw one of the employees reuse an old sausage. The donuts were stale and cold. And the Asian lady is so mean, she has an attitude issue and she even grabbed the kolaches with her glove then grabbed our donuts with the same glove. Everything is overpriced. My wife came a few weeks ago here and found a red hair in my food and a small fruit fly I believe in the glazed. I’ll never come here again.
1 dozen kolaches and 2 donuts and they charged me 41 dollars, I went to tell them and they told me no that the charge was fine, the kolaches are 3 dollars and something is a theft just for not discussing it like that but the truth is it is a theft

Got up earlier just to stop by ShipleyDo-Nut for a free half dozen that I have on the app, mind you I’ve stopped at this location before and used the app, all of a sudden they no longer accept the app. That the owner said no more .. the Older employee was also rude for some reason even the customer next to me seemed shocked.. Location closes to my house unfortunately will be taking a further drive next time to avoid coming here again. Do not recommend.

Menu prices need reduction--just too expensive for what is served. What I got, a chef salad, looked lacking from what's in the menu photo. My pastor ordered a carrot cake to go. They took too long to serve him that, so he left.The entrance shouldn't cross the drive-through area, especially if someone is handicapped.
