I don't know what all of the recent negative reviews are about, I literally come here every morning and it's always a pleasure. The Ladies are super sweet and hard working, never rude like some of the claims. Food is always fresh! I guess people expect a dozen donuts for $5 or want to use an AP to acquire points to get freebies. Broke people's problems, couldn't be me. How about get out of your car and order when you get here if the line is too much for you.😂 Thank you Shipley's team for always doing a great Job! #Oil&GasLife
If I could give them a negative I would. The donuts were horrible . First off it cost me $9 for six donuts. And they're cold on top of it granted it was almost 4:00 in the morning but and then when I pulled up to the window I asked her what do you have she said everything whatever thing that I asked you for they didn't have she was rude. On my side of town I have a dozen donuts it's not even $6 I don't even think it's $5. And they're cold she was very rude. I will never in my life come to this again and I will tell everybody I know not to come to the Shipley's. I've never had such rude customer service
I can tell you that the person who served me was very friendly and the donuts had good flavor and were soft. Clean and tidy place I recommend it

Im disappointed with the app for allowing me to order an item that the store doesn't carry . Im furious with the store employess for treating me like im some vagabond off the street who was begging . They need employees who understand customers who speak in english . I had to speak the little bit of spanish I know for the gentleman to get someone else to help AFTER almost screaming my name because he kept asking me my name and trying to ring up another order for me after I showed him my phone with the order on it . When I explained it to the lady that came over she gaslit me and told me it was nothing she could do for me and told me to call the number on the reciept .The number was MY NUMBER .She said call doordash is that where you got it from and i said no , I got it through the shipleys app.I had to practically beg for a substitution just so I could have any breakfast at all .I will never come back to this location in my life . 0/10 don't recommend . I will definitely make sure noone I know or don't know for that matter comes to this establishment . And shipleys take egg and cheese kolaches off the menu in your app that would have helped the situation a little .

I spent almost 30 minutes in the drive-through, and when I finally ordered, they gave me expired orange juice by a week, and they forgot a donut. It's not a 17 dollar experience. Especially considering a 16-ounce orange juice was almost 4 dollars. That's absurd.
I would like to edit and say that I've had 2 mistakes at this store. The last time, they gave me the wrong donuts entirely, and I left before checking. I do, however, enjoy shipleys at other locations. It's much cheaper, faster, friendlier and accurate anywhere else. I think I saw another review of this specific one stating they were more expensive than most shipleys.
