Every time I visit, I always get hot and fresh donuts.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 kolaches which had hard bread like they were prepared a week prior and one orange juice for $11. This is around 10am. I will not return. Service was fine but the food was not worth the money.

Had a mobile app pick up order , at the window the lady didn’t understand me when I told her and show her I place the order through the app, I gave her my phone and she shown another coworker my order on my phone, , then they ask me if the order is mines!?! And ask me what is the order !?! Feel like I was profiled, will not be returning to this location.

Called ahead at 5:30A and asked for hot glazed m. They said yes no problem. When I arrived they said 30 -40 mins for hot glazed. Worst shipleys

I had a mixed dozen donuts that were cold at 7 in the morning. The jalapeno cheese kolache was just okay, but the hot cocoa was the only enjoyable item. The glass covers they’ve put up are completely unnecessary; you have to practically scream to place your order, and the glare makes it nearly impossible to see the donuts. It's frustrating to see handprints all over the glass. If they need security for this setup, they should reconsider their approach entirely.
They tried to sell me hard beignts after telling me they have been sitting for 3hrs. They allowed me to try one and it was bready and hard and not warm. I told the thicker dark haired girl at the counter and she said oh well, that all we got and also told me they are not making more.
