THEY OVERCHARGED ME! DONT COME HERE! I asked for 2 doughnuts was charged $8??! They won’t answer the phone either! So shady!!!!

Doordash order donuts were horrible looking my lemon fill was something white inside in the trash awful serve Yall should get training from Bissonett location best shipleys I didn't know I was getting order from other than Bissonett
One worker in drive thru and one at the front. If you’re going to hire someone to work the front desk that doesn’t speak English, at least let them know the menu. Wasted 10 minutes in here with this man messing up my order over and over again. Very unprofessional.

Is the worst Shipley Do-Nuts I have been in my life suck customer service. The donuts it’s cold. I think they sell it from the last day it’s a 1 o’clock and they are closing the door. They just accept drive-through and i have big truck. It’s not fit the drive-through and they waste my time.
