One worker in drive thru and one at the front. If you’re going to hire someone to work the front desk that doesn’t speak English, at least let them know the menu. Wasted 10 minutes in here with this man messing up my order over and over again. Very unprofessional.

Is the worst Shipley Do-Nuts I have been in my life suck customer service. The donuts it’s cold. I think they sell it from the last day it’s a 1 o’clock and they are closing the door. They just accept drive-through and i have big truck. It’s not fit the drive-through and they waste my time.
This by far is the worst Shipley’s I have been too. The staff today could give two shits about what they do. My family and I waited 15mins in their drive thru to get cold donuts. The biggest waste of $14 dollars, guess my tides are paid for the day!!!

Shipley's has the best donuts, however this is the worst of all their locations. The staff here really hate their jobs and they make sure that you know it. I've never received a greeting from anyone who works here. They always just look at you with contempt. Today I waited in line 25 minutes behind just 2 other cars. Ridiculous! I would say this location needs their franchise license revoked because they are giving a good business a bad name.

There's a certain cashier that works the drive thru, always says the the cold brew machine never works. But other cashiers doesn't mind making my iced coffee.
