Just went to the drive-through and was completely ignored and disrespected by the girl working the register who was just standing at a register, doing absolutely nothing and purposely not facing me as I sat there for a few minutes at the drive-through window and at one point, I even honked and she purposely didn’t look so I drove off. You will never get my business ever again.

This drive thru takes so long with so many people in the morning. I been waiting for 10 mins while there are 6-7 workers in there. No one in the lobby, the worst service ever.

Lady working 3:50pm was very rude and she was on the phone when I asked for some donuts she left to the back to be on her phone. She was complaining that she didn’t get a break all day. So I left empty handed

They lock the doors 30 minutes before closing and only allowed drive thru. Had to walk back to my car to get into drive thru. Ordered 6 donuts and only gave us 4.

This location is on my way to work, I have always loved Shipleys so I regularly try to stop by, but it has happed 3 or 4 times now that they leave this sign on the window saying they're closed due to a medical emergency... I just don't believe they have this many medical emergencies that close down the shop for the day. Alternatively, if they are having medical emergencies this frequently, then that is quite alarming.
