This is my first time. They are not delicious. But it's ok. I ate one and it left an oily taste in my mouth. I don't like it

Not sanitary.. the guy in here you can see him through the window and he was using no gloves playing with sticky dough. I left ?♂️
I haven't been to shipley's in many years, i thought well there open at 3:45pm till 5pm and the door was locked and a the patron's inside said closed. well i guess no donuts today. and never again at shipley's one and done!

Came in to get donuts to-go around 12:45, i got home and realized they didn’t put all the donuts in my bag, i had to drive all the way back to get them around 1:30 and they were closed, even though it says they close at 5:00, so now i wasted 2 trips and still don’t have all my

Very trashy. Duct tape holding up ceiling fans, mess on the tables, not swept or mopped. Things piled up in the corner. I felt like I was eating in a janitors closet
It says that they do delivery but the lady told me they didn’t then i tried ordering from a different location and they said I couldn’t order unless i was ordering over 5 dozen donuts. Terrible

I will never buy here again , everyday they're changing their prices , it's like they pick and choose which customer to overcharge
