Went through Drive thru and no menu. Ask the girl why no menu, every drive thru has a menu. She said I could come inside, that defeats the purpose of drive thru. It's really about the donuts, though.

Don’t get a cream filled donut!! They are very stingy with the cream in all of their cream filled donuts. I bought a dozen mixed cream filled and they all had a pinch of cream in them. Stingy, stingy and you guessed it STINGY!!!
Rude lady at the window & kolaches are old. I told her if they were fresh this time and she got mad and said they are always fresh and made daily… idk every other Shipley’s taste very good but this location is such a miss.

Everytime I go later in the morning around 9 AM they're out of ham and cheese kolaches. This location also doesn't have the cold brew that other Shipley stores have. Fix these issues and it would be 5 stars. Staff is friendly and the drive through moves fast.
