Worst glazed donut and kolaches we have ever purchased. Clearly at least a day old. I understand the kolache but an old glazed is just absurdly disappointing.

Usually service is fast and the location is great but it's almost 6am and they were supposed to be open at 5am. Wish hours were consistent.

Not sure who the lady is that runs the front counter, but she is extremely rude and tends to get orders incorrect. She will then get mad at YOU for her mistake. I also don't take cash being tossed back at me lightly or being ignored. All anyone gets is "good morning" (on a good day) and then she doesn't speak anything after that.
This is just one of the many occurrences with this individual.

They have this big Mexican lady in the front and she must be bipolar ! One day she is nice and the next day she is mean! On top of that how are you gonna be mad at me because I didn’t tip. They have bad service here. Needs a new staff! THEY TAKE ALL THE EXTRA DONUTS HOME, BUT HAVE A ATTITUDE ALL DAY LONG! No Thank you please or nothing!

When in Houston, the only place to get doughnuts is Shipley’s. On National Donut Day, the line was long. Regardless, the cashier never lost her kindness. Hot and fresh. Easy to get to in the tunnels. Wide selection- not just doughnuts.

? The location is in the Downtown Tunnels, and is easily accessible by foot.? The Kolaches tasted normal or as expected.? However, half the kolaches looked more like hot dogs ? (pictured).? The employee acted like she didn't want to be there.
Great donuts though they need chocolate donut holes. Not sure why they don't have them.

Basic donuts. Don’t know what the big deal is about this place . Weird hours too: 5am to noon . I guess it’s geared towards the business clientele since it’s underground tunnel at the McK building. Pleasantly surprised that 3 donuts came out to be $4.47 though
Came today for an apple fritter. Walked up and a lady in a pink shirt asked can I help you?Asked for said apple fritter and she looked at me like I lost my mind. I asked again and she turned her back on me and walked away to not return. Stood back and waited. Someone else walked up and she served them no problem.I'm in uniform. Clean cut. Clean shave. No excuse to say she thinks I'm homeless or lost.Horrendous service and I will never be back.Don't bring anyone you care about here. They'll treat you like dirt.

This location has the absolute worst service of any Shipley's I've ever been to and I've been to nearly all of them in Houston. Always unfriendly, they prioritize delivery app orders over the people standing in front of them. In fact, they completely ignore you and just keep working on the other orders. Today, I arrived at 6:05 am. They open at 5:00 am and the gate was still down and they were only working on delivery orders, completely ignoring the 10+ people standing out front of them. Terrible service. They will not get my money anymore.
