I stopped in before work and was the only one behind a couple that was ordering. I stood in line for 10 mins and the lady who was taking orders looked at me and said one moment so i waited patiently. A line starts to form and another lady walks up and waves to a man behind me and just starts taking his order. I looked at her put my arms up confused as to why she just ignored me in line. She just looked at me. The other worker told her I was next and she just brushed it off like oh well. It was so rude. I just walked out and left. I will never stop there again.

Don't get me wrong I've been going to the main location since I was 5 I'm 38 now why would you charge extra for chocolate stale glazed donuts for a half dozen mix. When you can get regular glaze super fresh and fluffy every time!!!!

I have been eating Shipley Do-Nuts forever they are my fave, this was my first time at the particular location and unfortunately my order was wrong....not by much...lol I wanted chocolate iced nut but received chocolate iced but worse the do nuts were a bit doughy tasting.

My brother went to buy breakfast on 12/22/2023 and all of a sudden that same day his card was charged 500 dollars for a concert. He said it was a Hispanic female that took his payment. Not saying it was done there but I will be filing and investigation claim with law enforcement just to be sure. He went there around 5:50 am.
