Guy at window was NOT paying attention. Gave wrong order. Asked for 3 ham/cheese kolaches got 3 sausage/cheese. Asked for dozen got 6. Asked for chocolate iced but got chocolate iced. Was overcharged for the kolaches got charge BOLD. The young lady fixed the dozen issue but when service is bad makes the experience horrible.

I had a very bad experience with one of the ladies. She was very rude and upset when I called to speak with a manager about my order. She accused me of wanting free food when I told her I was calling to verify my order. Then went on the cuss me out in Spanish not knowing that I could understand her. And now no one has called me nor had tried to teach out!!!
