I visited this location about 10 minutes ago, immediately entering the drive thru, a young woman stared at my friend and I rudely. When we pulled up to the window to order, we weren’t even greeted we were just stared up and down. My friend tried to be respectful, yet not a word was said to us. The donuts were amazing, however service like this is not acceptable.

The quality of shipleys has gone downhill more and more over time. This is the closest one to my house but I rather make the drive to s post oak. The donuts and kolaches here are always cold and smushed. I bought chocolate iced donuts that weren't even fully iced. The cappuccinos do not taste good anymore, they taste watered down. They seem to constantly be changing employees and the ladies working there aren't the friendliest, sometimes I ask for something very simple and they don't seem to comprehend. I speak Spanish, so I'm not sure what the issue is with the employees there. Overall I don't recommend this location.

I have been going to Shirley’s for years. The only donut place our family goes. We love Shirley’s especially those wonderful sausage rolls talk delicious & fresh

Ordered Kolaches and half a dozen donuts. The 3 glazed were perfect as were the kolaches. The only thing that wasn't satisfactory were the 3 chocolate glazed. They were poorly iced, didn't taste like chocolate and the bottoms were wrinkly like they were day old ddonuts.They looked like they were iced by a 2 year old. Will give this location another chance hoping for improvement if not will probably start going to the Southwest freeway location.

Guy at window was NOT paying attention. Gave wrong order. Asked for 3 ham/cheese kolaches got 3 sausage/cheese. Asked for dozen got 6. Asked for chocolate iced but got chocolate iced. Was overcharged for the kolaches got charge BOLD. The young lady fixed the dozen issue but when service is bad makes the experience horrible.
