I placed an online order on Friday, August 15th for a pick up at 6:30 AM on August 16. I received a confirmation via email. When I arrived at the Shipley’s to pick up my order. I was told On they could not find the order. I showed them my email confirmation, including order number and a confirmed payment. The employee refused to give me my order that I PAID for! The order was for a dozen kolaches in which I spent over $30 for a 7 AM work meeting. After 30 minutes, the corporate office was called and magically my order was found. Terrible customer service!! I was never given my order.

Heard they got better so have them the benefit of the doubt and tried this location again. The ham and chee was incredible but the sausage and cheese was the worst kolache I’ve ever had in my life. Over cooked hard, dry, absolutely disgusting. Never going back
I used to love this location. But the last several times I’ve been here the quality of kolaches are awful which makes me highly disappointed.

Waited in drive thru over 20 min for Donuts on a Sunday. It’s the weekend why is the doors locked at noon? People are leaving church, ect. The line was wrapped around the building and people were driving off. Will not be coming back to this location
