Used to love coming here to get my morning coffees and donuts till they started giving only 3-4 bags of sugars for 3 coffees like really only one bag of sugar per coffee 🤦♀️
Went to this location and asked for a sausage egg and cheese Kolache. I was told they only had egg and cheese. I was hungry so I did say ok. When I got my order not only was it what I requested but it wasn’t done!!!!! The dough was not cooked and the filling was not hot. The Kolache was not cooked!!!! This is the second time that I’ve came to this location and wasn’t pleased.

Lobby is only open til noon. per sign on the door. Not everyone has a car to go thru a drive thru instead. As a disabled person coming from the bus. I won't tey to go here again.
My children really like to eat donuts
Kid-friendliness: Donuts and colaches are my children's favorites.

This is my neighborhood Shipleys that I grew up going to. I’ve since moved out of town and haven’t been here for a while but I’m in town for work this week and was excited to come back a few times for breakfast while in town. I ended up going 3 times this week lol and the donut holes and kolaches were good each time but I did notice that the service was consistently slow. I went between 9-11am each time I went this week and it took me between 15 - 20 minutes to get through the drive through each time. I don’t remember it being this slow in the past. And there was plenty of staff inside each time so it wasn’t a staff shortage issue. I’ll always support Shipleys when I’m home in Houston but some people may be pushed away by those wait times.

Got the new breakfast kolache. Was slightly under-cooked on the inside which made it really gooey. One is actually very filling, so don't order too many thinking you will still be hungry.

Very bad service from the cashier with blonde hair, white skin color with glasses at the drive thru, she is very angry and serves very poorly. I do not recommend it, go buy it but it did not seem like a good place to me....

Small space, design for take out or drive thru only, service was good, kolaches and donuts are good, it's okay every now and then!

Donuts are great. But (maybe for security reasons?) the does are locked and you must use the drive through after like 10 am. They don't have a menu. The person working there said to just look at the online menu, which is huge, but of course they don't have most of that stuff at this location. At most donut shops, half the fun is looking at the different kinds and picking, at least for a kid; my kid didn't get to do that here. Upshot: good donuts, but go to a different location.

The staff was very nice, kind and patient. The donuts however were very very small, I’ve been to other shipleys and their sprinkled donuts are regular sized. Why is it at this location the size is not what I’m paying for?
