They close like 30-40 mins earlier than the sign says. Don't waste your time trying to stop and grab doughnut, they won't hook it up

I work right across the street from this location and try to buy from them for special occasions very often but its always hard to get good service. Today ran across a similar issue. I had my employee call to see if they had green donuts and she was told yes but not very many so I had her call back and ask how many they had. I need at least 75 for all my employees so wanted to make sure it was enough but the lady hung up in her face and every time she called back no answer. I then had another employee call and of course they answered (different phone number). They told him they did not have green donuts and then told him when he mentioned that the coworker had called to ask the same question and they told her they did and then hung up on her and they acted like it never happened.

Crispy apple fritters are the best. I've visited Shirley's on occasions for my cheat meal and always choose their crispy apple fritters.

Horrible customer service, the glazed donuts and kolaches are never fresh. Today after standing well over 10 mins in line I was skipped by a couple and the lady at the counter looked right at me, then took their order as if it didn’t happen. Will not be returning.
Online it said it is open, however when we reached the store , it is open only for drive thru, the lady staff service appeared that she just wanted to go home, may be she was tired for the day. Choices of selection was minimal for a mixed dozen donuts. Donuts were of better quality than Dunkin donuts

Walked in October 31 @11:55am, Two ladies in behind register didn’t even say “Hello”! Or nothing barely looked at me and both walked to the back together!🤨 i couldn’t even get “Hello, we will be right you”! *how embarrassing…I surely didn’t hesitate to WALK RIGHT OUT…I mean the lack of customer service will cause this location to fail, why should you spend your money where you’re not acknowledged in no sort of way… LEAVE THESE POORLY RAN ESTABLISHMENTS WHERE THEY STAND AND WALK OUT! Don’t put up with none OF their crap … ENOUGH IS ENOUGH 😡…. There should be customer service training at least once a week here, something has to be had here!
