Walked in October 31 @11:55am, Two ladies in behind register didn’t even say “Hello”! Or nothing barely looked at me and both walked to the back together!🤨 i couldn’t even get “Hello, we will be right you”! *how embarrassing…I surely didn’t hesitate to WALK RIGHT OUT…I mean the lack of customer service will cause this location to fail, why should you spend your money where you’re not acknowledged in no sort of way… LEAVE THESE POORLY RAN ESTABLISHMENTS WHERE THEY STAND AND WALK OUT! Don’t put up with none OF their crap … ENOUGH IS ENOUGH 😡…. There should be customer service training at least once a week here, something has to be had here!

The WORST Shipley in Houston HORRIBLE service. All the staff are so rude! They don't know how to make a drink ! I ask extra creamer on my iced coffee the lady ask someone else what is cream are you kidding???. The kolaches are uncooked the sausage is soooo hard!!! And disgusting had to toss it. The lady charged me for a large coffee but gave me a medium. DON'T go here!!!! if you do, ask for a receipt they over charge. Never going back last time the bad service definely consistent hire better employees and who understand English !!!!

I live 5 minutes from this Shipleys. Every single time I come, they are closed before their closing time. They don’t post anywhere that they are closed except on the door once you get there. The few times they are open they don’t let you into the store. The only way you can buy donuts is through the drive through. My friends and I have tried to get donuts and have been unsuccessful 5 times. We just left the store, which was closed, at 3:30 pm. Yet the signs say they close at 4:00. Don’t waste your time trying to buy donuts from this location because you can’t.
I just went here today 02/21/24 to get the donut reward for my birthday and the lady was so rude to me for no reason at all, if you guys have a store of donut you have to be polite, isn’t that right?
