Came into this location. My first time I had a hard time finding a parking spot finally found one and this little blue Nissan actually took the space away from me. It was in front of the cleaners next-door found out that the lady was working at Shipley’s whenever I went in to make my purchase, she looked at me very puzzled and very unfriendly. I made my purchase received my donuts they were cold. The whole experience was not pleasant. The lady in the blue Nissan stayed in that spot for quite a while, because I noticed it whenever I met my friend a little later in the day for lunch at Island Grill I do not know the employees name but I know she was in the blue Nissan and I believe the license plate number was RZR6406. I believe she should not be parking in front of the establishments since they have such limited parking. I thank you so much,

Placed an order to arrive the next morning for a large group and it was over an hour late. Shipleys used Uber and refused to take ownership of Uber not picking it up on time nor wanting to credit me back the delivery fee. Horrible experience.

My husband wanted to gets some donuts for his bday, once he walked in he said that he didn’t like the atmosphere and the lady that served him was rude with a foul energy. He requested two donuts w sprinkles, two plain, and two mixed matched. She only gave us glazed and the sprinkled donuts, although this wouldn’t have been a problem just a slight disappointment, she was rude which made us feel not welcomed. This wasn’t just our first encounter but it will certainly be our last.

When this bunker hill location just opened, everything was on point, but now it has been going downhill. Today's experience was not great when it came to the food ?
Just left this establishment, Hispanic lady at the front has no customer service, acted like she didn’t want to be there, donuts are not fresh and they didn’t even offer

This location used to be horrible but they are finally back to what Shipley's is known for. Delicious donuts! They used to serve old donuts and now they are always fresh and the glazed ones are warm. They're so good and I'm so happy they have improved.

Went in and ordered for aStaff Meeting. Spent $250 and the young lady made it seem like I was an inconvenience. Very rude. Seemed upset that I made a large purchase as a walk in customer.

The first time at this location, I asked for fresh bear claws of the bat. The lady rubbed her eye and did not wash her hands afterward; she just put on a glove to get the donuts. Second, the donut was not fresh, as the other lady said it was.
