Love this location. It's clean. Always find a nice selection of donuts, even when I go in at 3pm. If you're in the area, and looking for donuts, I definitely recommend this location (Belle Park and Bellaire Rd).

Had to pull up to the drive-thru window after waiting too long at the drive-thru ordering system.
Please educate your employees that peanuts and walnuts aren't the same at all, and next time, let the customers know before even putting in it the box there is no more of the items they ordered...I ordered 1 walnut and 3 peanuts. I was already rushing to drive to work already. The lady said peanut and walnut were the same and stared at me like I was crazy trying to tell her they're not. I have people who are allergic to 1 and not the other, so it's not the same. I will give yalls a 5 stars due to I been going here for more then 10+yrs but as far as customer service I would give 3 not everyone is rude and understanding..

This place has been here forever. My go to Shipley's since I was a kid. Now I get home and all 3 of my special order donuts were wrong. I just need ONE that can at least understand what I'm saying. Then I paid an extra $1.30 when I thought they were getting me the right one and I got home and nope it was wrong too. No use in calling they don't understand what I'm saying. ?♂️ ruined my morning. Waited in line for 20 mins, which was fine because I know t was a busy morning. However, when I got to the front to pay she mentioned the computer was down, and I could not purchase my order. I was very disappointed, she stated that the system is always down. This could cause a lot of issues due to no one really using cash like before covid.
