I tried to delay this review for years but after eating from many more donut shops, I can tell the following: this place is the worst place to eat donuts, rarely their donuts are fresh,all the time their donuts are cold like refrigerated overnight, poor flavor and poor quality, I can't imagine how they survived all this time, just shame!!!

I literally just left this location after a horrible experience. I was going through the drive thru when I asked for three warm glazed donuts and an apple filled. However, I got two cold smushed glazed and a cold apple filled donut. We attempted to correct the order twice in the window but was unsuccessful. After going inside to make the same endeavor, I learned that the lady in the window was only giving us the bag the another employee gave her without double checking. Okay no problem, that's understandable when you are in a fast past industry like such Shipleys Donuts. However, the lady from the front counter agitated, grab another donut and threw it in the bag. I said "ma'am could you warm it up for me please?" she stated "there's a microwave right there' I replied I paid for a service and I am simply just asking for the service to be completed" she went on to say some other things that wasn't cool and it got a little unprofessional after that. So, I just asked for my money back, which took some time to get to me through the attitude and communication. After I finally got my money back, I left quietly and now reporting them via review. I hope that at some point, the ladies of this store get it together and make a difference for the better. Other than that I will not be returning to this location until it gets better, and I will be advising my family and friends to do the same. The main reason why I am doing this is because this is not the first time, nor am I the only one that feels this way, Something has to be done, something has to change...
Just went to this location”s drive-thru on. Bissonet in Alief. I felt ignored and disrespected by the server. When she was handing me my order she didn’t even look at me. She was busy talking to someone else inside the store. Someone needs to tell the servers to at least look someone in the face and say thank you for coming or something. I’m never going to that location again.

13 bucks for 3 kilachies and 2 donuts!!!? Avoid this place unless I like waiting all day for a messed up order and a language communication issue. But to be fair all Shipley kolachies a basically bread . The meat ? Lol lol yea ok where's the meat . No more Shipley
