Horrible experience waited 30minutes for a half dozen glazed donuts because I wanted them fresh at 8 am lady in the front very rude acting like she doesn’t understand English . I will never return

Lourdez is great she goes far and beyond for the customers definitely recommend this Shipleys. Another thing i want to add is that the girl in the register needs better training definitely didn’t feel as she’s a fit for attending customers in the checkout. She spoke to me as if she was my friend no professionalism.

Oct. 1st my son's birthday! Ordered Shipley's Do-Nuts on the app. Disappointed the app didn't have any options for Blue sprinkle donuts. Nevertheless I ordered the mixed dozen donuts & called my neighborhood Shipley's with the corrections (4 Glazed donuts/4 Blue sprinkle donuts/2 Buttermilk donuts/1 chocolate with walnut & 1 Strawberry sprinkle donut) with assurance. Unfortunately Four donuts were wrong. I didn't order Buttermilk Sprinkle donuts....
